
SS Rajamouli's star-studded project will star Jr NTR as Komaram Bheem and Ram Charan as Alluri Sitarama Raju. Apart from them, the movie also stars Olivia Morris, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, and Alison Doody.

The movie is special in many ways. Other than casting the two south superstars together, the pan-India magnum opus also stars Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.
Bhatt has been roped in to play the role of Sita, Ram Charan's love interest while Ajay Devgn will reportedly play onscreen mentor to the lead actors.

SS Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ will stream on not one but two competitive streaming channels -- Zee5 and Netflix. The two streaming channels have bought the rights to different languages. While the film’s Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions will be made available on ZEE5, Netflix will stream Hindi, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish and Spanish versions of RRR.
This will happen post ‘RRR’ gets its theatrical release.

The movie has gone through many unforeseen delays, from coronavirus triggered delays to injuries suffered by Jr NTR and Ram during production. After a much delay, the movie is slated to release in multiple languages on October 13 this year.

The film will reportedly be a fictional story set in the 1920s pre-independent era and will be based on the lives of two celebrated freedom fighters- Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.

SS Rajamouli's movie is touted to be bigger than 'Bahubali'. The movie budget reportedly ranges from Rs 350 to Rs 400 crore.
