Oscars without host
For the third year in a row, the ceremony will not have a host. The Academy has seemingly decided to continue to trend. The last person to host the Oscars was Jimmy Kimmel in 2018.

Oscars 2021
This year's nomination includes films from streaming platforms that we have been watching from home while in quarantine. This year, Netflix's 'Mank' is leading the night with 10 nominations. Chloe Zhao, Judas and the Black Messiah, Minari, Nomadland, Sound of Metal and The Trial of the Chicago 7 are the front runner of the event.

No zoom
The Oscars ceremony will be an intimate, in-person gathering, held without Zoom and limited to nominees, presenters and their guests. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, for those who do not wish to or are not able to attend in person, there will not be a Zoom component they can rely on.

The Oscars 2021 presenter list is all about last year's winners along with other A-list celebrities. Brad Pitt, Halle Berry, Harrison Ford, Reese Witherspoon and 'Parasite' director Bong Joon Ho, will be presenting at the 93rd Academy Awards.

When to watch:
The ceremony for the 93rd Academy Awards will take place on Sunday 25 April 2021 and will air live from 8 pm ET/5 pm PT on ABC. In India, The Awards will be telecasted on April 26 morning from 5:30 am onwards.
Where to watch:
The big event will be held across two venues in Hollywood - the Dolby Theatre and downtown Los Angeles' historic Union StationAmid the coronavirus pandemic, only the nominees, their guests, and the show’s presenters will be allowed to enter the hall. One can watch the ceremony on Oscar.com or on their official YouTube channel.

Bong Joon Ho at Oscars 2020
The 93rd Academy Awards won't make face masks a requirement during its live ceremony on April 25. According to Variety, the nominees, their guests, A-list presenters and other attendees won't have to cover their famous faces as cameras roll during the telecast this weekend.
However, when those in attendance are not on camera, they will be asked to wear their face masks at all times, such as during commercial breaks.
Audience capacity will also be capped at 170 people with audience members being rotated in and out of the ceremony.
