Nirbhaya Case - Patiala House Court issues another death warrant for convicts

First execution order
The four convicts were scheduled to be executed on January 22 which was fixed on January 7, 2020.
The Court decision deferred citing the rights of accused Mukesh Singh.
Second execution order
On January 31, a Delhi court issued a fresh death warrant for February 1 2020.
The court decision deferred because of the mercy petition of the accused Pawan.
Third execution order
Delhi High Court issued death warrant for March 3, 2020 after the president Ram Nath Kovind rejected the mercy petition of the accused, Court issued the death warrant on february 17,2020.
The execution date deferred because of the pending curative and mercy petitions accused Pawan before the President.
Fourth execution order
Patiala house court issued a fresh death warrant for all four accused in Nirbhayas case on March 20, which was issued on March 5 2020 after President Ram Nath Kovind rejected mercy petition of the four accused.
