In Pics : New York’s annual village Halloween parade returns

The 48th annual Village Halloween Parade has made its glorious and spooky return to New York City after being cancelled last year because of a Coronavirus pandemic. 

As per the official website, "this year’s Parade is dedicated to the Children of NYC who could not celebrate Halloween last year".
