On Monday evening (June 20), thousands of Georgians gathered at the main throughfare of Georgia's capital Tbilisi.
This was biggest demonstration in decades with 120,000 people taking part in "March for Europe".
Many people were holding placards that read "We are Europe". The EU anthem, the Ode to Joy, was performed at the demonstration.
The rally was organised by Georgia's leading pro-democracy groups. It found support from all opposition parties.
