HBO Max is the latest to enter the arena of the OTT platforms. The WarnerMedia digital platform launches on May 27—and is bringing with it some of the top shows of the years, from 'The Big Bang Theory' to 'House of Dragon'. WarnerMedia streaming platform HBO max has acquired the streaming rights of 'Doctor Who', with all 11 seasons as the series follows the deadliest alien species gather around an unknown planet that emits a mysterious message. The Doctor, along with Clara, tries to decipher that mysterious message.

'House of the Dragon' is the prequel to 'Game Of Thrones' and is on track for a 2022 debut. The show is based on George R R Martin’s 'Fire & Blood book'. The upoming original show is set 300 years before the events of 'Game of Thrones' and tells the story of House Targaryen, rich in the dragonlord ancestors of Daenerys.

Seth Rogen's movie 'An American Pickle,' will release on Augest 6 on the new streaming service. Adapted by Simon Rich from his 2013 novel 'Sell Out' follows a story of a immigrant worker to America in 1920 with dreams of building a better life for his beloved family. However, he falls into a vat of pickles and is brined for 100 years.

HBO Max secured the streaming rights to all 12 seasons of the massive comedy hit, 'The Big Bang Theory'. All 279 episodes will be available here. American sitcom shows the story of four socially awkward friends, Leonard, Sheldon, Howard and Raj -- that take a wild turn when they meet the beautiful and free-spirited Penny.
