Divya Bharti was an Indian film actress known for her versatility. She was one of the highest paid actresses of her time and became the topmost actress in a short span of time. Bharti started her career doing modelling at the age of 14 years. She made her debut in 1992 with an action thriller Vishwatma. She acted over 14 movies between 1992-1993 which is till date an unbroken record in Hindi cinema. Bharti got married to Sajid Nadiadwala. She died on 5th April 1993 at the age of 19, from head injuries sustained after falling off the balcony from her fifth-floor apartment at Tulsi Building in Versova Mumbai.
