'Avengers: Endgame' world premiere: Marvel superheroes descend in Los Angeles in style

The world premiere of the much-awaited Marvel film ‘Avengers: Endgame’ took place in Los Angeles on Monday as actors Brie Larson, Chris Evans, Chris Pratt, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo and others got together.

The film will release in India on April 26.

Scarlett Johansson

Starring as Black Widow in 'Avengers: Endgame', Scarlett was seen at the world premiere as she stunned in a silver-golden metallic gown. She kept her hair open for the event with basic makeup. She survived Thanos' snap and will be seen fighting against him with the other Avengers.

She will also be seen in a standalone film based on her Avenger character. The film is set to centre around spy Natasha Romanoff who grew up to be an assassin as she was trained by the KGB. She broke off the group and became an agent of SHIELD and then an Avenger. Work on ‘Black Widow’ is scheduled to start in June in London.

Chris Pratt

Chris Pratt and fiancee Katherine Schwarzenegger made heads turn as they came together for the premiere, in one of the first such public outing. The two are said to be preparing for a summer wedding.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Gwyneth Paltrow has been rock solid with Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr. in all films on the tech billionaire. She plays a character named Pepper Pots, Iron Man's love interest-cum-assistant. In a recent interview, she sort of hinted at leaving the MCU after this film which means that 'Avengers: Endgame' will be the last time we will see the iconic duo of Tony Stark and Pepper Pots and their crackling chemistry.

In the first trailer of 'Avengers: Endgame', Tony Stark can be seen sending a message to Potts as he is stuck in space after Thanos' snap. We will have to wait and see how she helps in bringing Stark back to Earth.

Don Cheadle

Don plays War Machine, another ally of Iron Man, who was seen in all films with him. He will return in this film to bring some damage to Thanos in this war of survivors.

Robert Downey Jr.

The Iron Man was at his quirky best at the premiere as he posed in front of the paps.

Although he survived the snap that killed half the world's population in last Avengers film, he is stuck outside the Earth and needs help from his colleagues to bring him back.

Brie Larson

We last saw her in 'Captain Marvel', a solo female-led Avenger film that became a huge hit with the masses. In this film 'Avengers: Endgame', she will be seen for the first time with the rest of the cast.

In the trailer released, she looks quite snazzy and her usual self when she quipped she was busy saving the world and other planets, because of which she couldn't help them before.

Benedict Cumberbatch

The English actor who plays Doctor Strange upset many fans in the last Avengers film when Thanos turned him to dust but reports suggest that he will return to the 'Endgame'.

Bradley Cooper

Bradley made a surprise entry at the premiere as he came to cheer for friends. He was seen alone at the premiere.

The actor had a fabulous last year as he made news with his directorial debut 'A Star Is Born' with Lady Gaga. Bradley got nominated for his performance in the film as well as for his direction.

Chris Hemsworth

Chris plays one of the most loved characters, Thor in the series and also one of the strongest -- after all he is a God. Thor and his hammer will have a large role to play in 'Endgame' as he will lead the charge against Thanos.

Reports suggest that him and Captain Marvel will together make a strong duo. It only adds that the trailer suggests something romantic could also bud between the two.

Mark Ruffalo

Who doesn't love Hulk here? Mark plays the role of the green monster who is mighty, fierce and everything we want our Avenger to be. The only thing we missed last film was that he couldn't turn into Hulk. We hope to see more of Hulk in this one though!

Zoe Saldana

'Guardians of the Galaxy' Gamora was killed off in the last Avengers film as Thanos sacrifices the life of his beloved adopted daughter only to fulfill his destiny -- killing off half the world's population.

Jeremy Renner

He's been a star all along the series but the trailer for 'Endgame' has people talking about only one thing and that is how amazingly handsome does Hawkeye look in the film. With a full sleeve tattoo and an edgy haircut, Jeremy's character is all for fighting the bad men or inter-galactic evils in the upcoming film.
