Andres Iniesta - The 34-year-old has made 125 appearances for Spain and has scored 13 goals. He is one of the best mid-fielders Spain has ever produced.

Australia's legend is set to play in his last World Cup. The 38-year-old has already made 105 appearances for Australian National Team and has scored 50 times. He is the backbone of Australia team.

Argentine star player Lionel Messi has already admitted that he will retire from international football – again – if Argentina fail to win this summer’s World Cup in Russia.

Messi-led Argentina went to the finals of FIFA World Cup 2014 where the team was defeated by Germany.

The 37-year-old central defender has featured for the Uruguayan national team in the FIFA World Cup 2010 and 2014. In 2014, he captained Uruguay in three matches, but the team ended up losing in the Round of 16.

It's his age that won't allow him to play another World Cup.

Ramos has played in three World Cups for Spain and was really impressive in the 2010 World Cup, which they won.

As Spain plans to conquer the World once again, the 32-year-old will play a vital role.

Mascherano is 33 and is never going to make a cut in any of Argentina's future World Cup squads after this quadrennial event. Mascherano has already made 142 appearances for Argentina.

His commanding presence at the back is must for Argentina if they're aiming one step ahead in this World Cup.
