As athletes are gathering to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics, the “anti-sex” bed is again in the limelight as players share what the cardboard bed actually looks like. Many athletes have actually tried to check the durability of these "anti-sex" beds and tried to understand how strong they are.

British diver and Olympic gold medalist Tom Daley on Monday (July 22) shared a glimpse of the controversial bed on TikTok, as he tested its capacity to withstand sexual activity.

“This is cardboard,” the diver said, as he filmed the bedpost and headboard. "As you can see, it’s like a box," he added.

He also shared the visuals of the mattress topper and a thin mattress on a cardboard base. “Then, we get our own Paris ’24 [comforter],” he said.

The 30-year-old also tested the stability of the bed by jumping up and down, and said, “As you can see, they’re pretty sturdy.”

These "anti-sex" beds were also tested by Irish gymnast Rhys McClenaghan who recorded himself stomping, jumping and bouncing on the bed.

“Nope, they pass the test,” the athlete said, as the video ended. He added, “It’s fake! Fake news!”

As athletes are gathering to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics, the “anti-sex” bed is again in the limelight as players share what the cardboard bed actually looks like.

The 30-year-old also tested the stability of the bed by jumping up and down, and said, “As you can see, they’re pretty sturdy.” Also Read: 2024 Paris Olympics: Know why running track has been painted purple These "anti-sex" beds were also tested by Irish gymnast Rhys McClenaghan who recorded himself stomping, jumping and bouncing on the bed. “Nope, they pass the test,” the athlete said, as the video ended. He added, “It’s fake! Fake news!” Australian tennis players Daria Saville and Ellen Perez also checked the strength of the bed. Maybe I wasn't rigorous enough..." he stated.
Scientists have been observing Jupiter embroiled in a massive storm, which has continued for at least 350 years, and now their attention has been diverted towards its shrinking enormous red oval.

The oval, known as the Great Red Spot, is visible from Earth and is located in the southern hemisphere of the planet.

This meteorological feature is spread over an area of 10,000 miles wide and the intense anticyclone has been blowing at a speed which is more than 200 miles per hour in a counterclockwise direction. This is the largest windstorm ever recorded in our solar system.

In the late 19th century, the Great Red Spot extended to more than 40 degrees. However, in 2016, NASA’s Juno spacecraft observed that it had shrunk to 14 degrees.

The scientists in China have laid out a road map for creating network infrastructure between Earth and the moon which is expected to make space travel easier.

As per the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST) and the Beijing Institute of Spacecraft System Engineering's researchers, the complete network of three lunar ground stations and 30 satellites will provide monitoring services, navigation and real-time communication to global users.
