<p>After the lid was blown over a visa scandal, Pakistan's Foreign Office on Monday ordered its European embassies to not issue visas to Afghan citizens until further notice.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Learning is entangled with [existing] knowledge. We show that it is possible for these models to learn from examples on the fly without any parameter update we apply to the model," Ekin Akyürek, the lead author of the study was quoted as saying by Motherboard.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Researchers said that the LLM is building upon its previous knowledge, just the way humans do. In fact, the models build smaller models inside themselves to achieve new tasks, posited the scientists.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Eagles committed a blunder when they allowed Kadarius Toney to collect a pass from Mahomes and put City up 28-27 for the first time in the game.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“They [Russians] cleared all our concerns. The deal has become OK from the military side,” a military official was quoted as saying by The Associated Press.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The deal was first officially announced in December 2020, having been agreed upon in principle during al-Bashir's reign. The agreement allows Kremlin to set up a 300-troop-strong naval base.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Notably, a GPC is Whitehall's version of a contactless debit card that is used by different government agencies and their employees to buy goods and services.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The report stated that as of March 2022, the average spend per GPC had more than doubled from 2010.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"As of 31 March 2022, there were 8,666 GPCs in circulation across the 14 departments examined, and – where relevant – their executive agencies, compared to the almost 11,000 recorded by the NAO for those departments in October 2011. That means the average annual spend per card for those departments has more than doubled from $9,319 (£7,727) in 2010/11 to $20,251 (£16,790) in 2021."</p>

<p>The report is especially severe on Sunak for his rich expenditure during his time in the office as country's chancellor.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Tory leader stayed in Hotel Danieli, a five-star hotel in Venice when attending the G20 meeting of finance ministers in July 2021. More than $5,400 was spent on the accommodation of Sunak and his aides.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It adds that Sunak's Treasury group spent as much as $30,572 (£25,347) on buying IT/office equipment in March 2021 alone&nbsp;whilst a fortune was spent on training courses.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"In a different type of bulk buying, the Cabinet Office and Treasury spent a combined total of $201,584 (£167,131) in the month of March 2021 on training course fees, 178 per cent more than the average of $72,513 (£60,120) they spent on training in the other eleven months of the year," the report added.&nbsp;</p>
