The death toll due to Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse has risen to five after a body was recovered on Wednesday (May 1). The authorities identified the body as that of&nbsp;Miguel Angel Luna Gonzalez, 49, of Glen Burnie, Maryland.

According to a report in the ABC News, Unified Command salvage teams said its teams had earlier found one of the construction vehicles reported missing when the bridge collapsed in March and notified the Maryland Department of State Police.

The Maryland Transportation Authority Police and the FBI recovered Gonzalez's body in a red truck, the report added.

"Law enforcement simply stood at the edge of the lawn and refused to budge as we screamed for their help," UC Divest at LA, a group involved in the encampment, alleged in a statement.

Protesters began to leave the site two hours after the attack began and police&nbsp;established control on Wednesday (May 1).

Governor Newsom condemned the violence in a post on X, stating, "The law is clear." "The right to free speech does not extend to inciting violence, vandalism or lawlessness."

US military destroys uncrewed surface vessel in Yemen

Former US&nbsp;president Donald Trump, who is seeking reelection in the 2024 US elections, has refused to rule out Capitol riots like violence if he loses the election.

In an interview with Time magazine, Trump, when asked about the possibility of physical violence in case he faces defeat in the November elections, said: "I don't think we're going to have that. I think we're going to win."

When asked "but, what if you don't win?," the businessman evasively answered, "If we don't win, you know, it depends. It always depends on the fairness of an election."

Taking to his social media platform Truth Social, Donald Trump on Tuesday accused Judge Juan Merchan, the judge presiding over his hush money trial in Manhattan, of "rigging" the 2024 election. The accusation comes after Judge Merchan ruled that the ex-president violated a gag order stemming from the case.

"This Judge has taken away my Constitutional Right to FREE SPEECH. I am the only Presidential Candidate in History to be GAGGED," wrote Trump.

"This whole 'Trial' is RIGGED, and by taking away my FREEDOM OF SPEECH, THIS HIGHLY CONFLICTED JUDGE IS RIGGING THE PRESIDENTIAL OF 2024 ELECTION. ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!" he added.
