<p>"According to confirmed data, American-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles were used," it added.</p>

<p>"Tonight, at 3:25, the enemy launched a strike on a facility in the Bryansk region with six ballistic missiles. According to confirmed data, American-made ATACMS operational-tactical missiles were used," the department said, as reported by state media RIA Novosti.<br />

It claimed that the S-400 and Pantsir air defence missile systems shot down five missiles and damaged sixth one, fragments of which fell on a&nbsp;military facility, causing a fire.<br />

<p>The fallen debris led to a fire, but no causalities have been reported, the ministry added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Earlier in the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin&nbsp;signed a decree allowing Moscow to use nuclear weapons against a non-nuclear state&nbsp;receiving backing from nuclear powers.</p>

<p>Kremlin further defended the decree, labelling it as "necessary".</p>

<p>Kyiv has been using these missiles on Russian targets in occupied Ukrainian territory for more than a year now.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"They were taken to nearby hospitals but were pronounced dead," it said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The victims were presumed to have been suffocated due to toxic gas in the enclosed space, and a police investigation is underway to find the exact cause of the accident."</p>

<p>In a statement to AFP, Hyundai said it was "deeply saddened by the incident that occurred" at the plant, and pledged full cooperation with investigators.</p>

<p>The MV Ruby, dubbed a ‘floating time bomb’, had sustained damage at sea. The Maltese-flagged vessel left the Russian port of Kandalaksha with its cargo in late August but later damaged its propellor, rudder, and hull. It was earlier refused to dock at ports in Norway and Lithuania because its load was considered dangerous. It then arrived in Great Yarmouth on October 28.</p>

<p>The operators were hoping to shift the cargo to another ship so that MV Ruby could be repaired. However, as per council chiefs, the operation could not go through as planned. Some of the fertiliser was found to be contaminated, so handling it was potentially risky.</p>

<p>The publication quoted ship tracker records to show that MV Ruby left the town’s outer harbour just after 10 am on Saturday. It sailed slightly beyond the 12-mile limit for international waters and circled around for more than 30 minutes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It is being claimed that during this time it dumped the load into the North Sea and was later allowed back into port on Monday.</p>

<p>The doctor, whose surname is Qu, worked as an anesthesiologist in a hospital in Jiajiang county, southwestern China.</p>

<p>In 2022, the doctor had met the victim - who had the surname Chen - on an online dating platform. She was working as a pharmaceutical sales representative, as per Cover News.</p>

<p>After the couple got together, Chen used to ask his girlfriend to take propofol, which is a major anaesthesia, to frequently improve her insomnia from September 2023 to March 2024 after which the tragedy happened.</p>

<p>On March 6, Qu administered nearly 1,300 mg of propofol to Chen, distributing in more than 20 doses.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The doctor administered the doses through the ankle of Chen for more than six hours from 11 pm to 5 am.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The boyfriend also left an additional 100 mg of propofol for his girlfriend to use on her own while he was leaving in the morning. When he came back, he found Chen had died.&nbsp;</p>
