Morning news brief: Pence on BLM, LA, Texas close bars amid COVID-19 and more

After Donald Trump and White House claimed that the the President and the Vice President, Mike Pence, were not briefed on the Russian bounty case, John Bolton has criticised Trump's statement.

Eight counties in California have been ordered to close bars including Riverside, San Bernardino, Sacramento and Santa Barbara
