Earlier in the day, Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the public, accusing Wagner Chief of treason. Russia's condition remains precarious. He said that because Russia is struggling for its future, there is no time for civil war. Putin branded the mutiny by the Wagner Chief a "stab in the back" and vowed to punish the traitors.
