Taliban has been able to successfully form a cabinet that is all but inclusive. The new newly formed government has moved a step ahead in cementing its grip on Afghanistan. According to reports they are said to hold an oath-taking ceremony on the 11th of September. Remember 11th of September is the day that also marks the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in the US in 2001.
