Elon Musk's SpaceX sued for $15 million by Cards Against Humanity over alleged trespassing on Texas land

A 28-year-old man was arrested for allegedly trespassing the Buckingham Palace ground after he told the staff, "I want to see the Queen”.

According to the Mirror newspaper, Connor Attridge, who has a facial tattoo reading “truly blessed”, allegedly ran through the vehicle gate of the Royal Mews on Sunday night.

He managed to cover three to five meters beyond the palace boundary after he was confronted by a member of the household staff. Attridge had told the staff, "I want to come in. I want to see the Queen.

The shocking incident takes place just days ahead of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations where security has been tightened around the palace.

Following his arrest, Attridge was brought to Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

In the hearing, prosecutor Leila Nahaboo-Osman said the area where Attridge allegedly trespassed is "one of the most heavily guarded places in London".

Daniel Mullin, defending, said his client suffers from mental health issues, did not use "stealth" and had "no motive or desire to go further than he did", having allegedly breached the boundary by just metres.

"This was at worst reckless and at best bordering on an accidental offence," he said.

District Judge Nina Tempia adjourned the case to June 28 for the Crown Prosecution Service to obtain consent from Attorney General Suella Braverman, which is required in cases involving trespass on a protected site.

On June 2, the four-day festivities will kick off with the Trooping the Colour, the sovereign's official birthday parade, where the Queen is expected to join working members of the royal family on the Buckingham Palace balcony.

The Sri Lankan Navy allegedly attacked a group of Indian fishermen on Monday night for allegedly trespassing into the island nation’s territorial waters.

According to the reports, men on the Sri Lankan Navy boat are seen hurling stones at the Indian fishermen's boat.

Around Indian 600 fishermen had gone fishing on Monday between Dhanushkodi and Katchatheevu islands.

Earlier on October 23, Six Sri Lankan fishermen were detained by the Coast Guard while fishing in Indian territorial waters, the maritime agency said on Thursday.

It has also impounded the fishing boat, the Coast Guard said, adding the crew were being brought to Karaikal harbour, near Nagapattinam in Tamil Nadu.

A Delhi court has reserved its order on framing of charge against Aam Aadmi Party lawmaker Alka Lamba, accused of allegedly trespassing and vandalising a shop in the city and obstructing the police from performing their duty in 2015.

Metropolitan Magistrate Abhilash Malhotra reserved the order after hearing the arguments of the police and the MLA&#39;s counsel on the point of charge. It is likely to pronounce the order next week.

An FIR was lodged against the MLA from Chandni Chowk on August 10 2015, a day after she had received head injuries in a stone-pelting attack during her anti-drug campaign in Delhi&#39;s Kashmere Gate area.

The case was registered at the Kashmere Gate Police Station on a complaint by traders including the proprietor of a sweet shop, Shiv Mishthan Bhandar, after a video clip emerged in which she was allegedly seen vandalising shops along with some of her supporters.

Lamba was earlier summoned as accused in the case by the court which had taken cognisance of a charge sheet filed by the police against her.

She was chargesheeted for alleged offences under sections 186 (obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), 427 (mischief causing damage to property), 451 (house-trespass) and 34 (common intention) of the IPC.

The charge sheet said that on August 9, 2015, Lamba along with some other persons committed trespass in the shop and threw a cash bill machine, vandalised the counter and obstructed and deterred the police personnel present there.

According to the police, the CCTV camera footage recovered from the shop showed Lamba toppling the billing machine while one of her colleagues was seen pushing everything from a table and jostling with the policemen.

The politician had claimed that the 30-second CCTV footage was shot after she was attacked.
