In the series, the Ruska Roma are depicted as an organised crime syndicate and member of the High Table, a collection of underworld crime organizations.

The film stars Ana de Armas, Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Norman Reedus, with Ian McShane and Keanu Reeves.

"This film needs to be set free. And to the fans. Sorry. I can't play anything but what this film deserves and it needs love. I'm ready when it's right," he added.
