<p>Sonali Bendre, who has been diagnosed with a rare cancer, has opened up about the ordeals that she has undergone while being treated for the disease. The actor has undergone many painful chemotherapy sessions. &nbsp;She has expressed her fears and agony in her recent Instagram post.</p>

<p>In her post, Bendre quoted Cheryl Strayed from Wild and speaks about the 'bad days'. Bendre muses that how it is important to remember the bad days post chemo sessions and it is not important to be cheerful all the time.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Despite such a painful and overwhelming journey, Sonali leaves an inspirational message for all of us.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She tells us how important it is to feel all the emotions of life, and never let us betray ourselves by turning hypocrites and smile through hardships even if we don't want to.</p>

<p>Her post on Instagram renders a message to her followers to cry and feel the pain for a while but only loving and caring ourselves can heal us towards the end.</p>

<p>"I allowed myself to cry, to feel the pain, to indulge in self-pity… for a short while. Only you know what you’re going through and it is fine to accept it. Emotions aren’t wrong. Sometimes it felt like it took everything I’ve had to push past it… a minute to minute battle with myself. I got through it knowing that even though I was fighting a long drawn out, draining battle… it was one that was worth the fight. It’s important to remember that we’re allowed to have those bad days. Forcing yourself to be happy and cheerful all the time serves no purpose. Who are we being fake and putting on an act for? The weekend saw Bollywood stars descending at designer Sandeep Khosla's niece Saudamini's wedding party. In attendance were stars like Sonam Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai, Karan Johar, Bhumi Pednekar among others. And while everyone looked their best, it was debutant Sara Ali Khan who stole the limelight with her dance on the song 'Saath Samunder Paar'.</p>

<p>The young actress, whose debut film <em>Kedarnath</em> is yet to get a release date, wore a white and silver saree for the wedding and danced on the famous song amid cheering crowd.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The defence counsel also said Salman was under the custody of forest department for five days and he should be given the benefit of the Probation of Offenders Act.</p>

<p>But the court refused to give Salman the benefit citing the circumstances of the case and gravity of the offence, according to a copy of the judgement.</p>

<p>"...considering the rising number of cases of illegal hunting of wildlife animals, looking at the circumstances of the case and gravity of the offence, giving the benefit of Probation of Offender Act does not appear justified," the judge said.</p>

<p>The defence also said the accused is an actor and his sentencing will affect the livelihood of several families. Opposing this, the prosecution said the actor has committed an offence of serious nature.</p>

<p>The prosecution also mentioned the hit-and-run case against him in Mumbai and other cases while requesting for the maximum punishment.</p>

<p>The verdict triggered a deluge of sympathy from colleagues for the "bad boy" of Hindi filmdom, whose career and personal life have been peppered with controversies, including a manslaughter charge in a hit-and-run case that is still pending.</p>

<p>"I feel bad. He should be given relief. He has done a lot of humanitarian work," actor-politician Jaya Bachchan told reporters outside Parliament in New Delhi, adding that the punishment was harsh.</p>

<p>Blackbucks are found in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and other parts of the country. The blackbuck is considered the most handsome member of the bovine family. Measuring a length of 120cm, with a height of 60 to 80cm, they weigh nearly 30 to 40kg.</p>

<p>The males have 50-60cm long horns while the females are hornless. Blackbucks do not shed their horns.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The quantum of punishment is yet to be decided. Even if he is sentenced to jail, he will in all likelihood get bail and will in all probability appeal to the higher court.
