The actor hosted a&nbsp;Ask Anything session on Wednesday, and during the session, one user&nbsp;asked him about the status of his hotly-anticipated sequel to the 2021 superhit movie Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

"Was told it would follow Avengers," Liu wrote before adding, per THR. "But that keeps pushing back due to circumstances beyond my control." However, the actor didn't reveal the specific reason behind the circumstances due to which the movie is getting delayed.&nbsp;

For the unversed, Disney has recently delayed a few movies like Avengers: Secret Wars to May 7, 2027, and Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, which has been delayed for a year. And many MCU projects like Thunderbolts and Blade have been affected by the ongoing Writers Guild of America strike.&nbsp;

The first part of the movie was a blockbuster hit, grossing $432.2 million at the worldwide box office.&nbsp;

During his interaction with The Times of India, Liu talked about his frank demeanour and how he is not afraid to speak his mind.&nbsp;

 
"Maybe it’s stupidity! I have always prided myself on being able to speak my mind. During my time on Kim’s Convenience, a wonderful show that I am proud to have worked on, I learnt to find my voice. From the very beginning on that show, they kept giving me the same questions on diversity and what’s it like to be in the first Asian Canadian sitcom, etc. I went through an evolutionary process of learning to have a voice and how to use it, knowing when to step in. I don’t always get it right, for sure. However, it’s better to speak your mind than hold your tongue and wish you had said something," he told TOI.

 
When quizzed about his knowledge of Bollywood and its actors, Liu replied saying, "I like Shah Rukh Khan and Irrfan. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is so beautiful and, of course, Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Those are the ones that come to my mind right now. I am going to make a promise that I will be watching more Indian films, so when you ask me this question again, I will have more names and movies to add to that list for sure."

He had never been to a Hollywood set before. I live in Los Angeles, sometimes you see other actors around, but Tony was just this mythical figure only in these amazing movies. Meeting him personally, which I only did briefly before the shutdown, was incredible. Wenwu is a new character. We really wanted him to have villainous overtones but to be this well-rounded tragic figure that you feel for in a deep way. Nobody is better than Tony for this. We had high expectations for what he will be able to bring to this movie and he surpassed them all. It is an extremely special performance," said Feige.&nbsp;
