<p>Police officials have identified 58 of the 62 accused. Some of the accused are minors, and two are absconding and have moved abroad.</p>

<p>"Forty-nine people have been taken into custody," Pathanamthitta district Deputy Superintendent of Police Nandakumar S told AFP news agency.</p>
<p>"We have identified the remaining 14 and they would be arrested soon," said Nandakuma.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, DIG S Ajeetha Begum, who is overseeing the investigation said that 30 FIRs or first information reports have already been registered in connection to the case, reported the PTI news agency.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The FIRs have been filed under India's POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act).</p>

<p>People in Italy are expressing outrage after a judge ruled a caretaker's grope of a teenager "did not last long enough" to be deemed criminal. The 17-year-old girl at a Rome high school was reportedly walking up a staircase with a friend when she felt a 'foreign hand' touch her underwear.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The teenager claimed the man told her, "love, you know I was joking" when she turned around in shock. The accused was later identified as&nbsp;66-year-old Antonio Avola who was reported to the police.</p>

<p>"He groped my bottom. Then, he pulled me up - hurting my private parts. For me, this is not a joke. This is not how an old man should 'joke' with a teenager," the student told&nbsp;Corriere della Sera newspaper.</p>

<p>Avola admitted groping the student but maintained&nbsp;it was a joke, according to a BBC report. While the prosecutors asked for a three-and-a-half-year prison sentence for Avola, the judge acquitted the caretaker of sexual&nbsp;assault charges.</p>

The actor opened up about being abused as a child and how, in order to save her family from being 'destroyed’, she had to endure it.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In her book, she claimed that it took her many years to tell her mother about how she had been molested 'under her nose' in her house. Kubbra also said her mother recently apologised to her, decades after the abuse. She says she was abused by her uncle for two-and-a-half years, whom she named ‘X’ in her book.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kubbra, talking about her distressing experience in the book, claimed that she was just 17 years old when she was embroiled in the ‘greatest tragedy’ known to her. She recalls going to a Bangalore restaurant with her family regularly, when the owner became friendly with both her and her brother, Danish. The man even helped her mother with her finances. The man began sexually abusing Kubbra shortly after this and requested her to not refer to him as her uncle.</p>
