The Starks and the other Northerners don’t feel too happy on seeing them. It is revealed in this episode to the Northerners that Jon has sworn his loyalty to Queen Daenerys and is no longer the King of the North. Nobody likes the idea, not even the sisters Arya and Sansa. This could possibly create a rift between the Northerners in the future episodes to come as it's established before that they don’t trust any foreigner but only one of their own. They rallied behind Jon in the last season but whether they continue to do so in the future episodes, is difficult to say.<br />

There were also some major reunions, like Jon and Bran Stark, the youngest of the Stark alive who meet for the first time after the first season. Sansa&nbsp;and Tyrion Lannister also meet for the first time after they last saw each other at Joffrey Baratheon’s wedding where both were charged for his murder. They discuss the murder and how they survived this long. Jon and Arya Stark also have a reunion-of-sorts when they discuss how she still keeps her needle that Jon had gifted her before they parted ways. Between them, Arya gives him a powerful message to remember that he is part of the Stark family and he should remember where his loyalty lies.&nbsp;<br />

Jaime reaches Winterfell and sees Bran for the first time since he threw him off the tower in season 1. It's possible that he learns something about himself from Bran, now that the Stark sees visions and can tell something more about what happened really when the Kingslayer killed the Mad King.&nbsp;<br />

Greyjoys also get their due screen time as siblings Yara and Theon reunite when he saves her from Euron’s captivity and she sails to the Iron Islands while Theon goes to Winterfell to fight with the Starks. The Greyjoys and their lands could prove beneficial to the Stark-Targaryen clan as it's noted before that the White Walkers can't swim.&nbsp;<br />
&nbsp;<br />
Westeros is quite peaceful in the episode with what we are sure is just lull before the storm. Cersei is obviously up to something, we have been thinking like that ever since she agreed to send her Army to fight the Walkers. Her Hand also mentions that the Queen has other plans for the Targaryen girl. He then offers a crossbow to Bronn saying the Queen wants him to kill Queen’s treasonous brothers, that is if they survive the North expedition, as part of “poetic justice”. If you remember, this is the same crossbow with which Tyrion killed father Tywin Lannister when he discovered his lover Shae in Tywin’s bed. This is the same crossbow that Joffrey used to keep and has killed some with.&nbsp;<br />

Meanwhile, there’s a lot of romance and passion between Daenerys and Jon in the episode. This could prove vital in Sam turning Jon against Daenerys, also after he revealed that Jon is the true heir and not the silver-haired girl who is now her proven aunt. Sam's words hint at a possible future when he asks Jon whether she will&nbsp;give up her crown to save the people like you did?<br />

Among other things, Night King kills Lord Umber to send a message to the Northerners. Arya meets Gendry (Bastard of Robert Baratheon), Tormund and all others at Castle Black are finding their way out as a portion of the Wall has caved in and the ‘Winter is here’.&nbsp;<br />

<p>The 23-year-old actor has spoken up about battling depression and an eating disorder, reported E! News.</p>

<p>In a new candid interview, she noted that at one point, she lost so much weight that her menstrual cycle was disturbed.</p>

<p>Sophie said she first met Joe&nbsp;when she was 20 and "was going through this phase of being very mentally unwell."</p>

<p>She went on to share how Joe stressed on the importance of self-love.</p>

<p>"He was, like, 'I can't be with you until you love yourself, I can't see you love me more than you love yourself,' " Sophie said.</p>

<p>"That was something, him doing that. I think he kind of saved&nbsp;my life, in a way," she added.</p>

<p>Sophie was 13 years old when she starred in her first onscreen acting project 'Game of Thrones'&nbsp;and was 15 when the show debuted in 2011.</p>

<p>She said that she wished she never had her adolescence 'displayed in public'.&nbsp;Sophie was also struggling with body image.</p>

<p>The actor stated that she was 'desperately unhappy'&nbsp;and a 'complete mess,'&nbsp;and even considered suicide at one point. At the age of 19, the star sought therapy.</p>

<p>"Suddenly, everyone's metabolism slows down at 17,18 and then that's documented. My skin and everything and people commenting on it. I was too aware of my body at a young age. And it just kind of took over my mind, it was all I would think about. Calorie counting, everything. Oh, I'll just eat nuts today. I stopped having my period for a year, that's when I decided to have therapy. I just think it's so important everyone should have a therapist, honestly," she said.</p>

<p>Sophie&nbsp;also recalled how her body kept changing with her age and how film and television studios pressurised her to lose weight.</p>

<p>She said she sought therapy, adding, "Everyone needs a therapist, especially when people are constantly telling you that you're not good enough and you don't look good enough. I think it`s necessary to have someone to talk to and to help you through that."</p>

<p>In her interview,&nbsp;Sophie also revealed that at some point in their relationship, she and Joe broke up for one day.</p>

<p>"It was the worst day of our lives. For a second, we both had cold feet, then 24 hours later we were both, like, Never mind," she said.</p>

<p>The blood-spattered tale of noble families vying for the Iron Throne has just one episode to go and buzz is at a fever pitch for a ratings juggernaut that has demolished audience records like a Dothraki barbarian finishing off a skillet of horse meat.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"We want people to love it. It matters a lot&nbsp;to us. We've spent 11 years doing this,"&nbsp;Dan Weiss, who directed the 73rd and final episode with fellow showrunner David Benioff, told&nbsp;Entertainment Weekly.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While many will watch at home, perhaps with a goblet of Dornish red wine and a punnet of Braavosi cockles,&nbsp;thousands&nbsp;will celebrate and mourn the show's denouement at viewing parties in bars, banqueting halls and backyards from Alaska to Armenia.&nbsp;</p>

<p>One of the darkest and most controversial primetime series ever made, "GoT" has been the target of criticism over the years for senseless violence and its repeated use of rape as a dramatic device.</p>

<p><strong>Hacked, burned, flayed</strong></p>

<p>The scriptwriters have brutalised women, killed children, depicted graphic sex and had&nbsp;their characters hacked, stabbed, flayed, poisoned, decapitated, burned alive, eye-gouged and eviscerated -- all in glorious close-up.</p>

<p>Even principal character Jon Snow (Kit Harington), whose fellow Night's Watch troops would chant "And now his watch is ended" at comrades' funerals,&nbsp;suffered the indignity of being briefly dead after a particularly violent quarrel.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The adult themes have not deterred fans, however, nor the industry itself, which has seen fit to make it the most decorated series in history, with 47 Emmy Awards.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Airing in 170 countries under its portentous tagline, "Winter is Coming," the show is also the most expensive ever, with a budget of $15 million per episode in its final run.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The season seven finale set an all-time US record for premium cable TV with 16.5 million people watching live or streaming on the day of transmission and 15 million more tuning in later.</p>

<p><strong>Mass-murdering madness</strong></p>

<p>Most controversial has been the rapid descent into mass-murdering madness by Emilia Clarke's fan favorite Daenerys Targaryen, arguably the lead character in an enormous ensemble that has called on the services of such luminaries as Charles Dance, Sean Bean, Jim Broadbent and Diana Rigg.</p>

<p>A Change.org petition called "Remake&nbsp;Game&nbsp;of&nbsp;Thrones&nbsp;Season 8 with competent writers" had passed one million signatures with more than 24 hours to go until Sunday's finale.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Assuming there is no do-over, the biggest mystery of all remains who will be sitting on the Iron Throne and ruling Westeros when "Game&nbsp;of&nbsp;Thrones" comes to an end.</p>

<p>To throw hackers and pirates off the scent, Benioff and Weiss shot several versions of the final episode, a tactic already used for "The Sopranos" and "Breaking Bad."</p>

<p>Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark, has admitted that even she was fooled into believing a fake version of the ending.</p>

<p>Martin will himself discover the on-screen ending of his long-running masterwork before he has had a chance to conclude the fantasy on paper.</p>

<p>The plot lines for his long-awaited final two novels in the series &nbsp;-- "The Winds of Winter" and "A Dream of Spring" -- were adapted to the screen based on outlines Martin gave the show's writers. But there is no guarantee they will stick to his plan.</p>

<p>"Obviously, I wished I finished these books sooner so the show hadn't gotten ahead of me. I never anticipated that," Martin once told an interviewer.</p>

After eight epic years of chivalry, sex, death and dragons, "Game of Thrones" fans worldwide have just a few minutes remaining to get their final fix in one of the most hotly anticipated events in TV history. The blood-spattered tale of noble families vying for the Iron Throne has just one episode to go and buzz is at a fever pitch for a ratings juggernaut that has demolished audience records like a Dothraki barbarian finishing off a skillet of horse meat. "We want people to love it. It matters a lot to us. We've spent 11 years doing this," Dan Weiss, who directed the 73rd and final episode with fellow showrunner David Benioff, told Entertainment Weekly. While many will watch at home, perhaps with a goblet of Dornish red wine and a punnet of Braavosi cockles, thousands will celebrate and mourn the show's denouement at viewing parties in bars, banqueting halls and backyards from Alaska to Armenia. Even principal character Jon Snow (Kit Harington), whose fellow Night's Watch troops would chant "And now his watch is ended" at comrades' funerals, suffered the indignity of being briefly dead after a particularly violent quarrel. The adult themes have not deterred fans, however, nor the industry itself, which has seen fit to make it the most decorated series in history, with 47 Emmy Awards. Airing in 170 countries under its portentous tagline, "Winter is Coming," the show is also the most expensive ever, with a budget of $15 million per episode in its final run. The season seven finale set an all-time US record for premium cable TV with 16.5 million people watching live or streaming on the day of transmission and 15 million more tuning in later. Viewing records also tumbled across the world, with Britain's Sky Atlantic and OCS in France showing episodes in the middle of the night in sync with their US premieres. Season six was the first to move beyond the source material, George RR Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels, and carve its own path. A Change.org petition called "Remake Game of Thrones Season 8 with competent writers" had passed one million signatures with more than 24 hours to go until Sunday's finale. Assuming there is no do-over, the biggest mystery of all remains who will be sitting on the Iron Throne and ruling Westeros when "Game of Thrones" comes to an end. To throw hackers and pirates off the scent, Benioff and Weiss shot several versions of the final episode, a tactic already used for "The Sopranos" and "Breaking Bad." Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark, has admitted that even she was fooled into believing a fake version of the ending. Martin will himself discover the on-screen ending of his long-running masterwork before he has had a chance to conclude the fantasy on paper. The plot lines for his long-awaited final two novels in the series -- "The Winds of Winter" and "A Dream of Spring" -- were adapted to the screen based on outlines Martin gave the show's writers. But there is no guarantee they will stick to his plan. "Obviously, I wished I finished these books sooner so the show hadn't gotten ahead of me. <p>In a recent interview, Sophie opened up about the impact of the fame she received as Sansa Stark on her mental health. Sophie was just a normal British teenager when she first appeared on the show in 2011. That’s when the show started. As the show rose to popularity, so did she with her character.</p>

<p>As it gave her newfound stardom, she revealed that all the negative comments she got for her character on social media caused a decline in her mental health. She said, "I would just believe it. I would say, ‘Yeah, I am spotty. I am fat. I am a bad actress.' I would just believe it. I would get [the costume department] to tighten my corset a lot.”</p>

<p>This led to the actress falling in the trap of depression. She started doubting her choices including starring in the show as she chose the show over her studies while her two brothers pursued a university education.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She added, "I just would cry and cry and cry over just getting changed and putting on clothes and be like, 'I can't do this. I can't go outside. I have nothing that I want to do'."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Sophie was quite close to harming herself too as she said, "It's weird. I say I wasn't very depressed when I was younger, but I used to think about suicide a lot when I was younger. I don't know why though."&nbsp;</p>
