<h2><strong>A threatening phone call</strong></h2>

<p>The news agency PTI quoted an official as saying that the traffic control room of Mumbai Police received a call from an unidentified person, who apparently warned of a 26/11-like terror attack if the Pakistani woman Seema Haider did not return to her country. The official said that the call was received on July 12.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The police official also said that the caller spoke in chaste Urdu and said that there would be a terror attack, like the Mumbai attacks&nbsp;in November 2008, when 10 members of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) carried out 12 coordinated shooting and bombing attacks lasting four days across Mumbai, killing at least 166 people.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The police official said that the threat call is being probed by Mumbai Police and a crime branch team has also been roped in for the investigation.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A video that has gone viral on social media shows a Pakistani female journalist slapping a boy for heckling her on camera. She claimed to be reporting on the recent holiday of Eid al-Adha, which was observed on Sunday, July 9. Over 4,00,000 people have watched the video that was tweeted.</p>

<p>The journalist in the video was presenting a piece to the camera when she became enraged by anything the boy standing next to her said or did. Initially, it was unknown why she was so enraged, but as soon as she was done reporting, she slapped the heckler. It is believed that the youngster said something uncalled for that caused the reporter to lose her composure.</p>

A heavily pregnant woman and her husband have been shot dead by her brother in Pakistan&#39;s Punjab province for marrying a man without the family&#39;s consent, the latest incident of &quot;honour killing&quot; in Pakistan days after another pregnant woman was killed by her mother.<br />

Muhammad Shakil, 30, and his wife Aqsa, 26, were killed for &quot;honour&quot; by Aqsa&#39;s brother who recently returned from Saudi Arabia, police said.<br />

The couple were married for four years, and lived in Thikriwala village in the province.<br />

Four days ago Aqsa&#39;s brother along with their mother, maternal uncle and another accomplice barged into the couple&#39;s home and beat them mercilessly. Then they took the couple to an unidentified location and shot them, the Express Tribune reported.<br />
<br />
The bodies were recovered from Gujra-Jang Branch canal on Thursday night.<br />
<br />
Shakil worked at a government school in Faisalabad and Aqsa worked as a health visitor in Rural Health Centre.<br />
<br />
Thikriwala Police Station has registered a case in this regard after a complaint by Shakil&#39;s father, Khushi Muhammad.<br />
<br />
An autopsy revealed the deceased were killed by gun shots to their head. Injury marks were found on their bodies.<br />

The autopsy report showed Aqsa was pregnant and was likely to deliver a baby in about four days, the report said.<br />

The police said that one suspect has been arrested while others were on the run.<br />
