<p>In what looks like an emotionally-charged film, <em>A Kid Like Jake</em> revolves around a couple (Claire and Jim) that live in Brooklyn with their four-year-old son who is interested in princess and fairy tales. As the child explores his likings and tastes, there is a lot of confusion between the couple who are forced to think of their roles as parents and spouses.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The confusion then develops into tension when Jake’s kindergarten teacher played by Octavia Spencer informs the parents that his gender-nonconforming play may be more than a phase. Our very own desi star Priyanka Chopra is seen in glimpses towards the end of the trailer. &nbsp;</p>

<p><em>A Kid Like Jake</em> was premiered at Sundance Film Festival 2018 and the whole team attended the event. Priyanka shared a series of photos and videos on her Instagram page.&nbsp;</p>
