This one-tonne commercial satellite, which was launched by China in June, performed an in-depth scan of the core area of San Francisco Bay. It is spread in 3,800 square kilometres or 1,470 square miles, said the report.&nbsp;&nbsp;

In just 42 seconds, this small Chinese satellite can take images of a large area of a US city, which can identify a military vehicle on the street and say what weapon it may be carrying, it said.&nbsp;&nbsp;

This satellite is being regarded as most advanced as it can take clear images even during rotation while the other Earth observation satellites need to be stable to avoid blurring due to the vibrations.&nbsp;&nbsp;

The report said a second image was taken on September 14, and it showed a wall erected to enclose the area, work on a foundation and panels removed from the side of the enrichment building to provide access to the newly enclosed area.

According to the report, the new area is approximately 1,000 sq metres and this would increase the plant’s capacity to produce highly enriched uranium by 25 per cent.

Earlier, North Korea launched both ballistic and cruise missiles toward the sea in tests. This was seen as an effort to diversify its missile forces and strengthen its attack capability on South Korea and Japan, where a total of 80,000 American troops are based.&nbsp;

The speaker of Iran's parliament said on Sunday, Tehran will never hand over images from inside of some Iranian nuclear sites to the UN&nbsp;nuclear watchdog as a monitoring agreement with the agency had expired, Iranian state media reported. 
 
"The agreement has expired...any of the information recorded will never be given to the International Atomic Energy Agency and the data and images will remain in the possession of Iran," said Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf. 
 
The IAEA and Tehran struck the three-month monitoring agreement in February to cushion the blow of Iran reducing its cooperation with the agency, and it allowed monitoring of some activities that would otherwise have been axed to continue. The agreement was later extended for a month until June 24.

Earlier, the UN nuclear watchdog demanded an immediate reply from Iran on whether it would extend a monitoring agreement that expired overnight, prompting an Iranian envoy to respond that Tehran was under no obligation to provide an answer.

The agreement continued the International Atomic Energy Agency's collection of data on some of Tehran's activities, cushioning the blow of Iran's decision in February to reduce cooperation with the agency.

"An immediate response from Iran is needed in this regard," the IAEA said in a statement summarising a report by its chief Rafael Grossi to its 35-nation Board of Governors.

Grossi wrote to Iran last week 'to understand Iran's position regarding the possible continued collection, recording and retention of data', the report said. As of Friday, Iran had not indicated if it intended to maintain the arrangement, it said.

Iran's ambassador to the IAEA, Kazem Gharibabadi, said 'Iran was not required to comply' with the IAEA head's request, Iran's semi-official news agency Tasnim reported.

Washington believes Tehran should engage the IAEA without further delay and a failure to do so would contradict Iran's stated desire for both to resume compliance with the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action nuclear deal as soon as possible, said a US State Department official.

"Iran should engage the IAEA without further delay to ensure appropriate measures remain in place so the IAEA's continuity of knowledge on JCPOA monitoring can be readily re-established," the US official said on condition of anonymity.

Iran and the United States have been holding indirect talks on reviving the 2015 nuclear deal between Tehran and major powers that imposed restrictions on Tehran's nuclear activities in exchange for lifting international sanctions.

The Vienna talks, which began in April, are now in a pause that had been expected to last until early July, but failure to extend the monitoring accord could throw those negotiations into disarray.

"Regarding the IAEA, this remains a serious concern," US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, speaking before Grossi updated the board, told a news conference in Paris alongside his French counterpart, Jean-Yves Le Drian. "The concern has been communicated to Iran and needs to be resolved."

"We urge researchers, artists and the public not to manipulate any historical source to respect the victims," the ministry said.&nbsp;

Washington-based 38 North, a North Korea monitoring project, cited images taken on November 5th showing activity at North Korea&rsquo;s Sinpo South Shipyard.

&ldquo;The presence of what appear to be sections of a submarine&rsquo;s pressure hull in the yards suggests construction of a new submarine, possibly the SINPO-C ballistic missile submarine - the follow-on to the current SINPO-class experimental ballistic missile submarine,&rdquo; 38 North said in a report.

The report said that throughout 2017 there had been a continued movement of parts and components into and out of two parts yards adjacent to the constructions halls in the center of the shipyard.

It said the November 5th images showed two large circular objects that could be sections of a submarine&rsquo;s pressure hull. It said these appeared larger than those for North Korea&rsquo;s ROMEO-class attack submarine.

Images of a test stand indicated continued testing of a mechanism for ejection launch of missiles from a submarine. However, the report said no activity could be seen suggesting preparations for a new test of a submarine-launched missile.

North Korea has been working to develop a nuclear-tipped missile capable of reaching the United States, sparking a major international crisis in which US&nbsp;President Donald Trump has said that all options are under consideration, including military ones.

North Korea is also thought to be working on a solid-fuel missile for submarine launches.

Last month, The Diplomat magazine quoted a US&nbsp;government source as saying US&nbsp;military intelligence had detected a new diesel-electric submarine under construction at Sinpo and dubbed it the Sinpo-C. Wanda's subsidiary Nanchang Wanda City Cultural and Tourism Management Ltd., the operator of the company's entertainment complex "Wanda City" in east China's Nanchang, said on its official Weibo account that a recent report by Bloomberg mistook a commercial area inside the complex as part of its newly-opened theme park. The "Nanchang Wanda Park" has never used any Disney images in its display, promotion and other business activities. Those shops that sell Disney souvenirs in the commercial area "Wanda Mall" are all authorized dealers and subject to no copyright infringement activities, the statement said. Bloomberg reported Monday that Disney will take actions to defend its intellectual property in response to the news agency's questions on Wanda's alleged infringement. Wanda Group called the accusation groundless, saying it felt deeply regretful and reserves the right to take legal actions, according to its statement. Disney's accusation came after Wanda opened on Saturday a 40-billion-yuan (6.1 billion U.S. dollar) theme park in Nanchang, capital city of eastern Jiangxi Province. It is seen as the latest rival to the Shanghai Disneyland that is scheduled to open in mid-June.

Actor Mark Salling, who had a supporting role as a high school athlete-turned-singer in the TV series &quot;Glee,&quot; was indicted on Friday on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography, officials said.

The 33-year-old Salling agreed to turn himself in on June 3 to face the charges filed in federal court in Los Angeles, the U.S. Attorney&#39;s Office for the region said in a statement.

Representatives for Salling, a Los Angeles resident, and his attorney, did not immediately return calls.

The federal charges against the Texas-born Salling for receipt and possession of child pornography stem from his arrest by Los Angeles police and federal agents on Dec. 29, 2015. He was released on bail of $20,000 and was initially expected to be charged in Los Angeles County court.

But after investigators realized the &quot;scope of the collection&quot; of child porn they had uncovered, the case was handed over to federal prosecutors, the U.S. Attorney&#39;s Office said.

&quot;The traditional stereotype about the kinds of people who commit child sexual exploitation crimes simply doesn&#39;t dovetail with reality,&quot; Joseph Macias, a special agent in charge for the Department of Homeland Security, said in a statement on the filing of the charges.
