<p>Satish plans to introduce his new furry mate to Bengaluru's dog lovers at a mega event planned in February. The proud dog owner also has a Korean Mastiff, a Tibetan Mastiff, and an Alaskan Malamute, and&nbsp;has spent a fortune to buy these dogs.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Hayder comes from a rare breed of dogs that are large and amiable. His type, the Caucasian Shepherd, can achieve an average height of 30 inches, and their weight ranges from 55 to 77 kg. Their life span is 10 to 20 years.</p>

According to reports, the man finally had his wish come true to be a four-legged canine after he got himself a custom-made dog collie costume, which cost around 2 million Yen (US $15,738 approx.) and took 40 days to make. The photos were posted on Twitter by a user who goes by @toco_eevee. A professional agency called Zeppet helped design the costume. The pictures have now gone viral.</p>

<p>According to local Japanese news outlet news.mynavi, Zeppet provides a large number of sculptures for movies, commercials, amusement facilities and also produces costumes that have been seen on TV and costumes of famous mascot characters in Japan.</p>

<p>The officials claimed that it is was a “necessary preventative measure” to stave off the Covid spread.</p>

<p>But the act was widely condemned by the Vietnamese public as being "barbaric" and "cruel".</p>

<p>Pham told BBC that he got 120 million dong ($5,300) from several donors.</p>

<p>He said that he used the money to pay for medical treatment and used some of the money to rescue 15 puppies.</p>

<p>The 49-year-old said that the new dogs brought solace, but they still could not get over the brutal death of canines.</p>

<p>"When my dogs were killed, I was despondent and cried a lot. At the same time, we had Covid. My family was under a lot of pressure.</p>

<p>Acknowledging that it would be difficult to take care of their “children”, Pham said that his first priority is to find bricklaying work to save up enough money to become a lottery ticket seller — a job that gives him more time to take care of his puppies.</p>
