The first phase of the election covers 17 districts, which include Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Madhepura, Saharsa, Gopalganj, Siwan, Saran, Vaishali, Samastipur, Sheikhpura, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Munger, Nalanda, Buxar, and Bhojpur.
