First things first: Sundar Pichai wants to address order of cheese in burger

<p>Pre-orders for the iPhone X, Apple&#39;s most expensive smartphone, sold out within minutes after they opened yesterday.</p>

<p>In the UK -- where the phone has a starting price of &pound;999 (a little over Rs 85,000 for the 64 GB) -- the Guardian reported the pre-orders sold out within 10 minutes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>More than two years after releasing the Apple Watch, Apple has finally been able to replicate 1940s comic strip technology, an advance that analysts say will spur sales.</p>

Apple, Cisco team up to push for cyber security insurance discounts

<p>Apple CEO Tim Cook highlighted the economic impact the company is having on India in a meeting with its prime minister as the iPhone maker seeks deeper access to the world&#39;s third-largest smartphone market behind the United States and China.</p>

<p>Cook met with the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a business summit in Washington at a time when Apple is targeting the nascent Indian market as a revenue source after its sales in China slipped.</p>

<p>Apple has asked Indian government officials for a range of tax and policy changes to help build out its iPhone assembly work in the country. It is seeking permission to open its own retail stores in India where it currently sells iPhones through resellers.</p>

He added that the problem will be more acute for the NAND market, where the iPhone remains a critical source of demand given the huge sales volumes and recent moves to increase storage capacity on the device.</p>
