Like every year, the diva will grace the red carpet again but we spotted a sling on her arm and wonder what happened.</p>

<p>Aishwarya Rai was seen with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan heading for Cannes as paparazzi took her pictures. But her right arm was cast in a sling that raised concerns among&nbsp;fans.</p>
