With Spider-Man: Brand New Day going to start production soon, there has been a lot of speculation on who Tom Holland will be facing off against in the movie. Spider-Man has a vast and varied rogue gallery and according to new reports, the web-slinger might be facing off against more than one supervillain in the movie. So we decided to compile a list of six villains, who we are most likely to see in Brand New Day.

MacDonald "Mac" Gargan is a career criminal who undergoes an experimental procedure that gives him super strength, speed and the senses of a scorpion but also drives him insane. Mac wears a special scorpion suit that has a cybernetic tail.

A street thug turned supervillain, Boomerang wears a special suit that gives him the ability to fly. A skilled marksman and martial artist, he uses an arsenal of specialised boomerangs to fight.

One of New York City's notorious crime bosses, who possesses super strength and reflexes. Tombstone gained his powers after using a rare chemical compound. He and Spider-Man have tangled multiple times.

There is a lot of speculation that Brand New Day will introduce the supervillain Mr. Negative. A former crime boss who was subjected to horrific experiments, which gave him the power to manipulate and use the energy from different dimensions.

While the Kingpin exists in the MCU, actor Vincent D'Onofrio shared that his character can't appear in any MCU movies due to the complex copyright deal between Marvel and Sony, but that doesn't mean we can't hope for a cameo.
