
Speaking on the alleged assault on Delhi Chief Secretary by AAP MLAs, UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath has called the functioning of the Delhi government as "giroh".
He said "What happened is unfortunate & sad, running a governmentis teamwork no one can have a monopoly in it, you cannot make anyone sign anything forcefully. The way AAP is working is not how a government is run, they are working like a giroh"
Taking a jibe at the former Uttar Pradesh government he said that the past government in the state had earned a bad name due to corruption and crime. He also added that the situation was changed now.
He said "In the past, the state had earned a bad name due to corruption & crime, we worked on changing it, which in turn boosted investors' confidence and the results of the same are visible to everyone.
Giving a clarification on the PNB scam he said that the scams were not of their period and it was only because of their government that the scams were coming out.
He said, "These scams are not of our tenure, these are UPA's scams, we are in fact bringing them out and taking appropriate action".
Speaking on the allegations of fake encounter in the state he said "There has been no fake encounter in the state. Issue has been made over an incident, but the Sub-Inspector, from whose pistol a shot was fired, himself took the victim to the hospital, the SP did a press conference on the same, FIR was lodged & Policemen were suspended".
