Arnault, the 74-year-old French business tycoon had first surpassed Musk in December last year as the tech industry was struggling and luxury showed resilience in the face of inflation.

He founded LVMH, one of the world's largest conglomerates, and owns luxury brands like Loius Vuitton, Dior and Hermes.&nbsp;

According to CNN, while LVMH's shares are down 19.7 per cent, Tesla's shares have risen 65.6 per cent in the year to date. This year, Musk has gained more than $55.3 billion mainly because of Tesla.

Now as Bloomberg marks Musk at the top, Forbes' The Richest People In The World list on the other hand still puts Musk at the second spot with a net wealth of $180 billion and Arnault is at the first rank with a staggering net worth of $211 billion.&nbsp;

Musk's unannounced visit to China: A hot topic

This news&nbsp;comes as Musk embarked on an unannounced visit to China, aiming to strengthen and expand his business in China.

He arrived in Beijing on Tuesday. This is Musk's first trip to China in over three years.&nbsp;

Musk responded that "Tesla opposes breaking chains and is willing to continue expanding its business in China."

The chairman of China’s largest battery manufacturer CAT, Zeng Yuqun, also hosted a dinner for Musk, whose&nbsp;visit to the Asian country has been a hot topic.

Apart from Elon Musk, Starbucks’ Laxman Narasimhan and JP Morgan's Jamie Dimon are also visiting the communist country this week. In March, Apple CEO Tim Cook also paid a visit.

He was resisted, chased and taken backstage.&nbsp;

As quoted by The New York Times, Malone Haenish, the pageant's coordinator issued a statement on the incident condemning the behaviour of Becker's husband. She said, "He did not consider the result to be fair and caused all this inconvenience and damage." 
 
"We vehemently condemn the incident that occurred at the time of the crowning when the partner of Miss Cuiabá, who was classified in second place, invaded the stage and aggressively destroyed the crown," she added.

The authorities said that the pageant's legal team has been informed about the incident and will take action accordingly.&nbsp;

According to the restaurant's official website, the "Afterlife Pay" policy will be available to only '666' customers, who will have to sign a legally enforceable agreement in their will to defer payment until after they die.&nbsp;

The company's CEO, Benn Cumming, claimed that the arrangement alleviated New Zealand's growing problem of falling into the "buy now, pay later" trap. He said that AfterPay Life is a lighthearted campaign intended to show that you can have pizza and eat it too without any pesky penalties.

By a full degree increase, the Xujiahui station at 1:09 pm recorded 36.1 degrees Celsius (97 degrees Fahrenheit), breaking the 100-year record for the highest temperature recorded in the month of May.&nbsp;

Previously, the highest temperature was 35.7 degrees Celsius, which was recorded in 1876, 1903, 1915 and 2018.&nbsp;

The temperature at the station climbed even higher to 36.7 degrees Celsius later in the afternoon, the weather department stated.

A user on the Chinese social media platform Weibo said, "I almost got heatstroke, it's really hot enough to explode."

One resident told the news agency AFP, "It's an environmental problem, the world is going to get hotter and hotter. I have the feeling that summers are becoming much hotter every year. I'm turning on the air conditioning sooner than before."

The UN's meteorological department said there is a two-third chance that one of these&nbsp;five years could possibly see soaring temperatures, exceeding the ambitious target set in the Paris Accords in limiting climate change.&nbsp;
