<p>Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Florida residents will be voting on the future of marijuana legalisation. Meanwhile, in Massachusetts, where medical and recreational marijuana is already legal, people will be voting to decide if it is possible to legalise psychedelics.&nbsp;</p>

<h2>Florida&nbsp;marijuana legislation</h2>

<p>In Florida, the ballot will have Amendment 3 which is about the legalisation of recreational marijuana as medical marijuana is already legal in the state. Voters need to decide on a state constitutional amendment which will allow adults 21 and up to possess, purchase and use marijuana for non-medical purposes.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Adults will be able to carry up to three ounces of marijuana and up to five ounces of marijuana concentrate.</p>

<p>It would also let Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers and other licensed state entities acquire, cultivate, process, manufacture, sell and distribute marijuana products and accessories.</p>
