Donald Trump said that his envoy Steve Witkoff will travel to Moscow for talks with Vladimir Putin as concerns grow that his Ukraine peace plan is stalling. In Kyiv, Volodymyr Zelensky said he was ready to meet Trump to discuss what he called sensitive points in the 28-point plan.
