Speaking to Variety about his Thunderbolts&nbsp;exit during a fashion event, the actor talked about Jake Schreier's directorial as he shared how he wanna do a Marvel movie.&nbsp; 
 
"I think for me, time passing and things shifting kind of pulled me out of it. But Jake, I know, is going to do an incredible job. It took a lot of drafts on email to make sure that I conveyed the sincerity of how sorry I was to have to back out," Yeun told Variety. 
 
"I wanna do a Marvel movie," he added. 
 
When asked what type of Marvel movie he would like to work in, the actor said, "I think it's too early to say that. I probably pissed off too many people leaving, so I'm just gonna say, 'Thank you for having me'." 
 
"I have some ideas. But I heard if you put it out there, you'll never get it, so I'll keep it close to my chest," Yeun said. 
 
Thunderbolts was one of the many projects that have been postponed due to the double strike in Hollywood. After months of delay, production has been moved to 2024. 
 
Marvel’s Thunderbolts will bring together the anti-hero of the Marvel world, much like DC's Suicide Squad.

But before their attempts can come to fruition when they discover a horrifying truth about the extraterrestrial presence hovering over the sky. Now, their attention is less on the hypothetical money and more on the very real danger to their lives.&nbsp;

'Nope' can often be ponderous and there are sections that feel clumsily paced. But with this film, Peele has once again crafted an original film brimming with fascinating ideas. There are plenty of nods to the classic science-fiction horror fare, HP Lovecraft, and even biblical myths, but 'Nope' is not at all a homage. It is very much its own thing. The film and the entity at its centre spoke something to this scribe's psyche. Those with sufficiently heightened imagination know that the sky is terrifying. Even hundreds of years after the beginning of the scientific revolution, we have barely ventured out of our solar system, and we only guess as to what happens in the vast emptiness of the universe. And Peele, when he was writing 'Nope', certainly had that on his mind.&nbsp;

The performances, particularly by Kaluuya and Palmer, are pretty excellent and help sell the weirdest elements in the film. Kaluuya is reliably grim and solid in the role, but Palmer is the big surprise of the film, channeling a vivacious, entrepreneurial young girl that is her character with ease. Michael Abels' music and sound effects go a long way in creating an aura of otherworldliness around the sky object.&nbsp;

There are interesting juxtapositions between stunning vistas and truly repelling imagery. This is not new to Peele, and this is sort of his style as we have seen in the last two films But here, the gap between the two extremes is considerably heightened. This is the most visually sound Peele has been, and for that, we can thank Dutch cinematographer Hoyte van Hoytema, otherwise known for his collaborations with Christopher Nolan on films like 'Interstellar', 'Dunkirk', and 'Tenet'. With 'Nope' he has created a visual language that is quite distinct and unique. This movie must be watched on the biggest screen you can find.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Yeun will join Robert Pattinson, Naomi Ackie, Mark Ruffalo, and Toni Collette in the cast. The project, which has yet to be named, will be based on `Mickey7`, a novel written by Edward Ashton and released in February. Indian actor Chiyaan Vikram suffers a heart attack, admitted in Chennai hospital Blake Crouch`s Dark Matter and Andy Wier`s The Martian have been compared to `Mickey7`. `Mickey7`, a man on a mission to populate the ice planet Niflheim, is at the core of the story. When he dies, he regenerates as a clone with the majority of his memories still intact.This disposable worker accepts assignments that are too dangerous for anybody else. A fresh clone, Mickey8, has replaced `Mickey7` when he returns to the mission`s base after being assumed dead. With Dooho Choi for Kate Street Picture Company and Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner for Plan B, who produced `Okja`, Bong will produce through his Offscreen company. The studio`s overseer will be Peter Dodd, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. Yeun, who received an Oscar nod for his performance in Lee Isaac Chung`s Minari, will next be seen in Jordan Peele`s suspenseful film `Nope`, where he will co-star with Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer. The Netflix comedy-drama `Beef` starring Ali Wong, is among her next projects.

The actor and producer has been working with the streaming giant ever since he lent his voice to lead character of next project ‘Invincible’, an animated series which will see him reteam with ‘The Walking Dead’ creator Robert Kirkman.&nbsp;

Steven had rised to stardom thanks to his fan-favorite role on the AMC zombie drama based on Kirkman's comics.

In a statement, post the news announcement, Steven said, "I feel very fortunate and privileged in these times to be given an opportunity to tell more stories. I am humbled to be in such good company with the incredible talent at Amazon, and I am very much looking forward to collaborating with unique voices to tell stories that connect us.”

As for his other projects, Steven Yeung will star in and executive produce Lee Isaac Chung's Minari for A24. He also will star alongside Richard Jenkins, Beanie Feldstein and Amy Schumer in Scott Rudin's ‘The Humans’. He most recently starred in director Chang-dong Lee’s Korean-language film ‘Burning’.&nbsp;
