Two good-looking, celebrated actors sharing a single frame. Stuff movie dreams are made of. Bengali superstar Soumitra Chatterjee went down memory lane as he shared a rare photograph of himself and late actor Shashi Kapoor on Tuesday morning.&nbsp; 
 
Chatterjee mourned Kapoor&#39;s demise and shared a photograph that incidentally was clicked by none other than filmmaker Satyajit Ray himself.&nbsp; 
 
Chatterjee captioned the image as, &quot;Deeply saddened at the demise of Shashi Kapoor, such a legendary actor. May his soul rest in peace. Photo taken at Berlin by Satyajit Ray in 1965(sic)&quot;.

Satyajit Ray&#39;s famous science-fiction character Professor Shonku will now be adopted for the big screen with Dhritiman Chatterjee essaying the role of the world famous fictional scientist visiting Brazil on some expedition. 
 
Ray&#39;s son Sandip, who has already made a number of popular films on the versatile writer-director-illustrator father&#39;s fictional sleuth Feluda, told a press meet here last evening, &quot;We will take up Nakur Babu O El Dorado&nbsp;one of the most gripping tales of Professor Shonku series as the first film which will be titled Professor Shonku o El Dorado. 
 
&quot;It will definitely be a film in science fiction genre having both Bengali and English dialogues depending on the nationality of characters and the places of occurrence as the shoots will take place in Kolkata and elsewhere in India and also in Brazil. 
 
&quot;Also Professor Shonku, an internationally recognized scientist, will certainly converse in English or other languages like Portuguese with his friends abroad and not in Bengali or Hindi,&quot; Sandip Ray commented. 
 
&quot;We will ensure every detail is kept, including the way Professor Shonku&#39;s house is etched out in the fictional work of father,&quot; he said adding there will be lots of special effects. 
 
&quot;Apart from Shonku and his private assistant Prahlad, there are many other characters of British, German, Brazilian nationalities in the work. We have to think what will be their language. We know the Brazilian film industry is big and would take actors from there when we visit the country,&quot; he said. 
 
The film will have lots of special effects but how the story will be told, either in the first person by Shonku&#39;s assistant Prahlad or in simple narrative form will be revealed later, he said to a question adding if the shooting in India and Brazil is over by July-August 2018, they were aiming for a December release in 2018. 
 
Actor Dhritiman Chatterjee said, &quot;Shonku is a character meant for an international audience, the audience who are based in Kolkata and also spread elsewhere in the world. We are certainly trying to give a global flavour to the film and its characters.&quot;

Asked about the reason behind casting Dhritiman as Shonku, Sandip said, &quot;He fits in well from every point of view. Shonku is not much tall, and we must remember an actor essaying Shonku has to be fluent in English.&quot; 
 
Sandip, who had kept the theme music in Feluda by retaining the signature tunes while reworking in a contemporary mould, said &quot;We are planning a track which will gel with the literary work.&quot;

Veteran Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha, who had acted in Goutam Ghosh&#39;s Bengali film &quot;Antarjali Jatra&quot; in 1987, says one of his biggest career regrets is that he could not work in a Satyajit Ray film.

&quot;Few people know that I was supposed to do a film with Manikda (Satyajit Ray), but that did not happen. Soumitra Chatterjee would have been the other actor in that film,&quot; Sinha said at the 4th Kolkata Literature Festival, which is a part of the ongoing 41st International Kolkata Book Fair.

Motivating youngsters to never forsake their individuality and originality, Sinha said, &quot;Though I had been copied more in regional films, his style and manners, I have never ever copied anyone.&quot;

&quot;In this competitive world prove yourself to be better than the best and that was the spirit of my biography &#39;Anything But Khamosh&#39;.&quot;

&quot;From Patna to Pune, from Bihar to &#39;Jai Maharashtra&#39; I had become from zero to hero. From small roles to villains to major villain roles, from parallel (film) hero to blockbuster hero I have turned impossible into possible,&quot; Sinha said.

The actor had started his journey by playing a Pakistani military officer in Dev Anand&#39;s &quot;Prem Pujari&quot; and subsequently a police inspector in Mohan Sehgal&#39;s &quot;Sajan&quot; in 1969.&nbsp;

After playing supporting roles in many films he appeared in Gulzar&#39;s &quot;Mere Apne&quot; in 1971.

He later appeared in Dulal Guha&#39;s &quot;Dost&quot; in 1974 and in superhit &quot;Kalicharan&quot; in 1976.&nbsp;

And there was no looking back with a string of blockbusters in 1980s including Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Naseeb (1981).
