Inclusion and diversity is the key at any awards night as the Oscars expanded its roster of members recently. In order to diversify its ranks, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has invited 842 new members from 59 countries, 50 per cent of whom are female and 29 per cent are people of colour, the organization said Monday.
