The 11th round of India-China military talks is expected to take place on Friday, April 9. The key focus will be early disengagement in other areas of Eastern Ladakh such as Hot Springs, Gogra and Depsang Plains.

The 8th round of India, China military talks or Corps Commander Talks will take place on Friday. The talks will start at 9.30 am IST in Chushul at the line of actual control in Eastern Ladakh.

China on June 10 refused to give details about the disengagement of border troops of the two countries along the line of actual control (LAC) in Ladakh. The Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said that the armies of India and China had undertaken a “limited disengagement” in eastern Ladakh to demonstrate intent to end the month-long border standoff ahead of another round of military talks on Wednesday.
