<p>He said, <em>“Pehle jab unki sarkar thi, unhone kaha tha ki desh ki sampati par pehla adhikar Musalmano ka hai. Iska matlab, ye sampati ikatthi karke kisko baatenge? Jinke zyada bacche hain, unko baatenge, ghuspaithiyon ko baatenge. Kya aapki mehnat ki kamayi ka paisa ghuspaithiyon ko diya jayega? Aapko manzoor hai yeh?</em> (Earlier, when they (the Congress) were in power, they had said Muslims have the first right to the wealth of the nation. <p>Modi was accused of describing Muslim citizens as "infiltrators", a charge he later denied in a TV interview. But from April 21, the wealth redistribution issue as well as the Opposition's promise to limited reservation on religious lines, became central to the BJP's campaign.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While passing the Gen-Z's Vibe Check has been crucial for 8,360 candidates in fray for 543 Lok Sabha seats, the Gen-Z themselves have passed the Vibe Check for being the most politically active age group at workplaces across India.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A new study by hiring platform Indeed has revealed a stark generational split in attitudes toward political discussions at workplaces nationwide. The comprehensive survey of 2,631 employees and 1,266 employers captured perspectives across age groups, regions, and industries.</p>

<p>The findings indicate India's youngest employees, Gen Z (born 1997 onwards), are most eager to engage in cross-partisan discourse. A full 64 per cent of Gen Z respondents report actively participating in political conversations at their workplaces, compared to just 54 per cent of Gen Xers and 55 per cent of Baby Boomers.</p>

<p>But when it comes to working alongside colleagues with opposing political views, Millennials emerged as the most broad-minded age group. A total of 65 per cent Millennials said they were comfortable working alongside colleagues with differing political views. The figure stood at 46 per cent for Gen-Z, 38 per cent for Gen X and Baby Boomers each.</p>

<p>"India's vibrant young workforce is ushering in a new era of open discourse and diversity of thought," said Sashi Kumar, Head of Sales at Indeed India. "As digitally-native Gen Z brings fresh perspectives, employers must be proactive in shaping an inclusive culture that constructively channels this energy."</p>

<h2><b>Political discussions are 'heated and divided' at workplaces: Indeed survey</b></h2>

<p>A striking 82 per cent of employees described the overall office atmosphere surrounding these discussions as "heated and divided.”</p>

<p>More than half (56 per cent) confessed to feeling discomfort during such conversations, suggesting potential strains on employee wellbeing and workplace cohesion.</p>

<p>Employees report these sensitive discussions often take place during informal workplace gatherings (14 per cent), on social media (14 per cent), and over lunch breaks (11 per cent) – rather than official meetings.</p>

"Exit polls are all different, but all the exit polls are showing formation of NDA government. On ground, the reality we saw... exit polls are exactly opposite to that," Alvi said over the exit polls that showed a victory for the ruling saffron party.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Fellow Congress members, including Shashi Tharoor said the exit polls are "deeply unscientific."</p>

<p>“We are very happy to wait and see what the votes actually tell us. Exit polls are deeply unscientific and we all know this. Last year, the majority of exit polls got the results wrong in Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan," he said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Congress' Jairam Ramesh also exuded victory for the INDIA bloc that put up a joint fight against PM Modi-led BJP.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The man whose exit is certain on June 4th has had these exit polls orchestrated. The INDIA Janbandhan will definitely get a minimum of 295 seats, which is a clear and decisive majority. The outgoing Prime Minister can remain smug for three days in the meanwhile. These are all psychological games he is masterminding but the ACTUAL results will be very different."&nbsp;</p>

<p>Moreover, leaders from other opposition parties, such as Binoy Biswam of the Communist Party of India (CPI) and Somnath Bharti of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), also expressed confidence in their win.</p>

<p>Biswam raised concerns about the supposed corporate bias in exit polls favouring the BJP.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Exit polls are run by corporate houses, who have a political affinity for the BJP at its core. These are pre-decided survey results. Studying the prospects of the INDIA alliance partners, we are confident that we are going to win," Biswam said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Bharti even went as far as to make a bold wager by vowing to shave his head if Modi secures a third term as Prime Minister.</p>

<p>"I will shave off my head if Mr Modi becomes PM for the third time. Mark my word! All exit polls will be proven wrong on 4th June and Modi ji will not become prime minister for the third time. In Delhi, all seven seats will go to India ALLIANCE. Fear of Mr Modi does not allow exit polls to show him lose. Hence we all need to wait for actual results scheduled to be delivered on June 4th. <p>“Positive results are coming from different parts of the country against the Narendra Modi government. From today onwards, supporters of Modi will form a group and continue to campaign in the name of exit polls to dishearten the other camp. It is a calculated conspiracy," he said.&nbsp;</p>

The incident occurred in the South 24 Parganas district.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In a post on X, the CEO said, "Today morning at 6.40 am Reserve EVMs &amp; papers of Sector Officer near Benimadhavpur FP school, at 129-Kultali AC of 19-Jaynagar (SC) PC has been looted by local mob and 1 CU, 1 BU, 2VVPAT machines have been thrown inside a pond."</p>
