Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey said Wednesday he was "humbled" by a British jury finding him not guilty of nine alleged sex offences against four men more than a decade ago. &nbsp; 
 
"I'm enormously grateful to the jury for having taken the time to examine all of the evidence and all of the facts carefully before they reached their decision and I am humbled by the outcome today," he told reporters outside Southwark Crown Court in south London. 
 
Kevin Spacey was accused of sexual assault by four men who alleged the incidents took place between 2001 and 2013.&nbsp;

All four of the alleged victims — who can't be named under UK law — testified during the trial, as did Spacey himself. In their testimony, the four men described Spacey as a "sexual bully" and a predator. 
 
The two-time Oscar winner has kept a low profile since October 2017 when he was first accused of sexual assault by actor Anthony Rapp. Since then several other men have spoken in public about being victim to Spacey's sexual assaults over the years- the actor has denied all charges, and alleged that some were consensual.&nbsp;

One of Spacey's alleged victims claimed the actor assaulted him while they were driving to John's White Tie &amp; Tiara Ball in 2004 or 2005. 
 
On Monday, John's husband David Furnish also testified and stated that Spacey had attended the event in 2001. Furnish said he had reviewed photographs taken at the party from 2001 to 2005 and Spacey only appeared in images that one year. He said all guests were photographed each year. 
 
The disgraced actor is on trial after pleading not guilty to charges of sexual assault, indecent assault and causing a person to engage in penetrating sexual activity without consent.

John claimed Spacey arrived by private jet in 2001 for the event. Furnish added that such an appearance was a big deal. "He was an Oscar-winning actor and there was a lot of buzz and excitement that he was at the ball," Furnish said. 
 
Spacey's alleged victim explained he may have gotten the date wrong, but insisted the actor had violently groped him while he was driving a vehicle, and he almost ran off the road.

The Oscar-winning actor first took the stand on Thursday last week, where he denied violently groping one of his accusers. Instead, the actor painted a picture that the two were involved in an 'intimate' and 'somewhat sexual' relationship for the jury.&nbsp;

While Spacey's alleged victims have claimed the actor aggressively groped their privates, Spacey has contradicted them, saying that it was merely 'gentle stroking'.&nbsp; 
 
"It wasn’t like a caress," one man testified. "It was like a cobra coming out and getting hold." Spacey called the allegation "madness" during Thursday's testimony.&nbsp;

Spacey’s legal representative gave a short statement stressing his client’s innocence. He said the jury would hear some half-truths, some “deliberate exaggerations” and “many damned lies".

He also asked the jury to consider the complainants’ motivations, and to think about whether the encounters could have been "believed to be consensual at the time."&nbsp;

Agnew’s statement outlined each of the complainants’ specific accusations. She said that three accusers told the police that Spacey had grabbed their crotches, and one said Spacey had repeatedly placed the man’s hands onto his own crotch.

The man who accused the American actor of groping him at a bar in 2016 may now be forced to testify about his allegedly missing cell phone and the assault case against Spacey might just get dismissed due to the missing phone.&nbsp; 
The former `House of Cards` star`s defense attorneys claimed that they require the phone in order to recover text messages that they allege the accuser deleted that would bolster Spacey`s case.&nbsp;

Last month, the accuser`s lawyer claimed that the phone was missing and that the team was trying to recover backup copies of the contents on the device.A Massachusetts judge had ordered the accuser, as well as the accuser`s parents and his lawyer to appear in court soon if the phone wasn`t able to be recovered.

Spacey is accused of groping the then-18-year-old man at the Club Car Restaurant in July 2016. The man also accused the actor of trying to ply him into sexual acts with alcohol. 
 
In text messages obtained by the prosecution, the accuser told his girlfriend, "Spacey grabbed my d--k like 8 times."

Spacey has pleaded not guilty to a charge of indecent assault and battery. The accuser dropped a civil lawsuit against the actor last week. The lawsuit was dropped "with prejudice," meaning it cannot be re-filed later. The man voluntarily dropped the suit, leading legal experts to speculate that a monetary settlement may have been reached. 
 
"Money is a great motivator for an individual not to follow through," said William Korman, defense lawyer and former Suffolk County DA`s Office prosecutor in Massachusetts. 
 
"Maybe the prosecution said, `It`s either about money or it`s about a crime, but it can`t be about both, and you have to make a decision on where you want to go with this,` "defense attorney and former prosecutor David Yanetti noted."It`s clear something unusual is going on here," Yanetti added. 
 
This is not the only sexual assault lawsuit that has been filed against the Oscar winner. He has also been charged with indecent assault and battery. While the cases are still pending, the actor has vehemently denied the allegations.&nbsp;
