<p>This is going to be epic! Two of China's biggest action stars Jackie Chan and Wu Jing are teaming up for an action adventure film that revolves around scaling the Mount Everest.<br />

Tentatively titled 'Climbers' in English, the movie is about the first Chinese mountaineers to summit the world's highest peak.<br />
<br />
According to media reports, the film will be directed by Hong Kong filmmaker Daniel Lee and produced by Shanghai Film Group.<br />
<br />
'Climbers' will recreate the real-life expedition of Chinese climbers Wang Fuzhou, Gonpo, and Qu Yinhua, who made a historic ascent up Mount Everest's North Ridge in 1960.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
The Chinese team was the first to successfully climb the north side of Everest, which is known to be especially perilous.&nbsp;The trio famously left a small statue of Chairman Mao atop the summit, before returning midway down the mountain to rescue a fourth member of their team who was unable to complete the climb.<br />
<br />
Popular young actor Jing Boran and TV star Hu Ge will play the two other climbers in the quartet.<br />
<br />
Zhang Ziyi is set to play a Chinese meteorologist who assists the mission.&nbsp;'Climbers' is currently shooting in China and is expected to be released either on China's National Day holiday or during Chinese New Year in 2020.&nbsp;</p>

Tentatively titled 'Climbers' in English, the movie is about the first Chinese mountaineers to summit the world's highest peak. According to media reports, the film will be directed by Hong Kong filmmaker Daniel Lee and produced by Shanghai Film Group. 'Climbers' will recreate the real-life expedition of Chinese climbers Wang Fuzhou, Gonpo, and Qu Yinhua, who made a historic ascent up Mount Everest's North Ridge in 1960. The Chinese team was the first to successfully climb the north side of Everest, which is known to be especially perilous. The trio famously left a small statue of Chairman Mao atop the summit, before returning midway down the mountain to rescue a fourth member of their team who was unable to complete the climb. Popular young actor Jing Boran and TV star Hu Ge will play the two other climbers in the quartet. Zhang Ziyi is set to play a Chinese meteorologist who assists the mission. 'Climbers' is currently shooting in China and is expected to be released either on China's National Day holiday or during Chinese New Year in 2020. (With inputs from PTI)

<p>"Clips of immoral scenes of a film featuring Jackie Chan have been circulating on social media which was apparently shown by Kish IRIB," the semi-official ISNA news agency reported.</p>

<p>"These scenes which are in total contradiction with the principles of IRIB has ultimately led to the dismissal and reprimand of some of the employees of IRIB in Kish," it said, adding this included IRIB's director-general for Kish.</p>

<p>There were angry responses from some Iranians pointing out that no one had been fired over a fatal bus crash that killed 10 students at Tehran's Azad University last week.</p>

<p>"Buses turn over, planes crash, ships sink... no one is dismissed... A few seconds of Jackie Chan making love on IRIB and immediately all staff in that section are sacked," wrote one Twitter user.</p>

<p>IRIB TV presenter Reza Rashidpoor joked on his morning talk show that the controversy could have been avoided if IRIB had included a caption saying Chan was married to the actress playing the prostitute.</p>

<p>His following relationships also went similarly, states a report in Daily Mail.&nbsp;When Chan dated Taiwanese actress Teresa Teng, whom he calls 'a very classy lady, he says admits he was inadequate in comparison and thus purposely acted sloppy at fancy places, just to embarrass her with his lack of manners.</p>

<p>“I behaved so badly because of my deep insecurities. Ever since I was a little boy I’d been looked down on by rich kids,” Chan writes in his book. “Any whiff of snobbishness or superiority set me on edge. This attitude reflected my relationship with Teresa. But it wasn’t her fault. She’d done nothing wrong and I’d been horribly unfair to her.”</p>

<p>The actor also admits that he sabotaged his relationship with future wife Joan Lin sheerly out of his own self-doubt and immaturity. Calling Lin "the love of my life," Chan admits that he worked throughout her pregnancy.&nbsp;</p>
