<p>However, the rise in control of Ben-Gvir came as worry for Arabs in Israel over his racist incitement and support for an outlawed Jewish militant group. He said that he wants to be police minister, and Netanyahu said the coalition will agree soon on the matter. Ben-Gvir claims that he has moderated since then. He's also been convicted in criminal cases.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Palestinian health ministry identified the knifeman as an 18-year-old from a neighbouring village. The ministry further stated that the man started stabbing people as soon as he entered the area.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The United States also showed concern over the recent brutal attack.&nbsp;</p>

<p>PA President Mahmoud Abbas said that Palestinians will not accept Israel's capture forever.&nbsp; "We will take serious and decisive steps to protect the rights of our people and end the reckless&nbsp;Israeli escalation."</p>

Gal Gadot called 'propaganda tool for Israel' as she tweets for unity amid ongoing conflict with Palestine

<p>The attack occurred near the Israeli settlement of Ofra, on the main road that crosses the West Bank from north to south.</p>

<p>It came only hours after Israeli forces killed two Palestinians in the West Bank after attacks that claimed the lives of three Israelis, including a baby.</p>

<p>One of them was Salah Barghouti, a 29-year-old accused of shooting at Israelis on Sunday at a bus stop also near the Ofra settlement.</p>

<p>That attack wounded seven people including a woman who was seven months pregnant.</p>

<p>Doctors tried to save the baby boy with an emergency cesarean but he died on Wednesday and was buried in Jerusalem.</p>

<p>His mother remains in hospital in a serious condition.</p>

<p>The other Palestinian killed by Israeli forces overnight had been suspected of shooting dead two Israelis two months ago.</p>

<p>Ashraf Naalwa, 23, was killed when forces tried to arrest him near Nablus in the West Bank, the Israeli Shin Bet security service said.<br />

<p>Israel has faced mounting criticism over its use of live fire, and UN chief Antonio Guterres called for restraint ahead of Friday's protest.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Guterres and the European Union have called for an independent investigation, which Israel has rejected outright.</p>

<p>"I particularly urge Israel to exercise extreme caution with the use of force in order to avoid casualties," he said.</p>

<p>Human Rights Watch has called the actions by the Israeli soldiers "calculated" and illegal.</p>

<p>Palestinians say protesters were shot while posing no threat to soldiers, and unverified videos that have spread online have fuelled their accusations.</p>
