<p>The incident captured on the CCTV footage surfaced on social media. After the tragedy, the three injured people were rushed to MY Hospital for treatment. However, one of them, identified as Pintu alias Ganesh, lost his life amid treatment. According to a witness, the bus appeared to be moving at high speed and seemed to have gone out of the driver's control. Police are now investigating whether a brake failure or some other mechanical fault caused the vehicle to become uncontrollable.</p><p><br>In the aftermath, the driver reportedly attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by police. Senior police officer Dishes Agrawal confirmed that the driver had been taken into custody and was being questioned. A medical examination will also be carried out to determine whether he was under the influence of alcohol at the time.</p><p><br>Authorities are examining the sequence of events that led to the bus suddenly losing control, as well as the driver's role in the incident. Further legal action will depend on the outcome of the investigation. Meanwhile, a crowd gathered at the scene following the accident, and police from the MG Road station arrived shortly after. In the chaos, some angry bystanders reportedly vandalised the bus.</p>

<p>The bus driver was also killed in the accident which took place on Indore&#39;s Kanadia Road.</p>

<p>Of the 16 students travelling in the bus, eight&nbsp;suffered injuries.</p>

<p>Home minister Bhupendra Singh had yesterday ordered an investigation into the incident.<br />

Indore District Collector Nishant Warwade said today that a magisterial inquiry has been ordered into the incident.</p>

<p>&quot;The responsibility of schools in such cases would be fixed to ensure children&#39;s safety in the future. The government has issued guidelines for schools after a school bus accident in Bhopal. We will fix the responsibility on schools to ensure the safety of children,&quot; Warwade told ANI.</p>
