Trademarks Registry shall reflect this disclaimer at the time of advertisement of the subject mark and also if subject mark ultimately proceeds for registration," said Justice Sanjeev Narula in a recent order.</p>

<p>Yadav confronted Gehlot on learning about his engagement and the couple&nbsp;got into a heated argument after which he allegedly killed her in a fit of rage.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Gehlot was to marry another woman. When his girlfriend came to know about it, she confronted him and insisted that he marry her instead,” police officer Vikram Singh told&nbsp;ANI.</p>

<p>The state government does not even have space in the jails, Justice Shyam informed Additional Public Prosecutor D Das, and he recommended that the administration build larger prisons.</p>

<p>Justice Shyam responded to the government advocate's observation that cases had been filed under the POCSO Act's non-bailable charges and the rape (IPC Section 376) provision by saying, "What is the POCSO here? Merely because POCSO is added, does it mean the judges will not see what is there?"</p>

<p>The probe as per reports involves gathering the company's financial data from the staffers and collecting copies of the documents. But the operations at BBC offices are continuing without any hindrances, as per reports.</p>

On February 15, the first convoy transported relief material consisting of rations and medicines, pooled from the Indian government and the international community to Aleppo in Syria. The relief material has been handed over to representatives of the local administration at Aleppo.</p>
