Filmmaker Hansal Mehta married his longtime partner of 17 years, social worker Safeena Husain, in an impromptu ceremony. On Wednesday, the director took to his Instagram handle and shared a series of pictures of the ceremony, in which the newlywed couple can be seen signing the wedding documents and hugging each other.

Veteran Bollywood actor Yusuf Hussain has passed away, his son-in-law, director Hansal Mehta confirmed the news on Twitter. The late actor was being treated at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, where he breathed his last on the morning of October 30, Mehta told Indian news agency PTI.

Hansal Mehta announced his next venture titled ‘Faraaz’ as he shared the upcoming film’s poster on social media. The film is based on the events that took place on the night of July 1, 2016 in Dhaka when five militants attacked an upscale cafe and held over 50 people as hostages for more than 12 hours.
