<p>Goldberg-Polin, aged 23 at the time, was seized from the Nova music festival amidst Hamas' attack on Israel, which resulted in over 1,200 casualties and the abduction of more than 200 individuals.</p>

<p>In the video, Goldberg-Polin is seen missing a substantial portion of his left arm. Previous footage from October 7 showed him being taken hostage with his arm severely wounded.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Goldberg-Polin is seated, occasionally gesturing with his injured arm as he addresses the camera. He introduces himself, providing his date of birth and parents' names, in the video. He mentioned that nearly 200 days have passed since he was captured which indicates that the video was shot before April 23, the 200th day of the war.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, fresh evacuations were ordered by the army in the north of the enclave, as it warned civilians that they were in a "dangerous combat zone".</p>

<p>The residents in central and southern areas of the Gaza Strip also reported strikes by&nbsp;air and shelling from tanks on the ground late on Tuesday (April 23).&nbsp;</p>

<p>Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee, in a post on&nbsp;social media platform X, appealed to the residents of four zones in Beit Lahiya, located on the northern edge of Gaza, to shift to two designated areas.</p>

<p>He stated that the military "will work with extreme force against terrorist infrastructure and subversive elements" in the region.</p>

<p>In a statement, which was issued later on&nbsp;Tuesday (April 23), the military said it "follows international law and takes feasible precautions to mitigate civilian harm."</p>
