It is to be noted that in&nbsp;a lawsuit submitted early this year, in May, Woods was under the pump with some big accusations levied against him.

It was claimed that Woods was having a sexual relationship with Herman while she worked for him at his South Florida restaurant, The Woods Jupiter. In addition, he&nbsp;forced&nbsp;her to sign a non-disclosure agreement or risk being fired.

Back then, Herman’s attorney stated in a filing: "A boss imposing different work conditions on his employee because of their sexual relationship is sexual harassment."

However, things have changed drastically at present. According&nbsp;to the new court documents filed in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, obtained by CNN, and dated November 10, Herman filed an official notice to disregard her appeal aimed at nullifying an NDA that she said required “confidential arbitration in all disputes between” her and the 47-year-old Woods.

The court document reads, "In dismissing this appeal, Erica Herman states that she was never a victim of sexual harassment or sexual abuse at the hands of Tiger Woods or any of his agents and it is her position that she never asserted a claim for such."

According to the document filed in the Florida court, Herman was allegedly driven to the airport and then was asked to speak to Woods' attorney last year. Herman has alleged that she was also forcefully driven for a week’s gateway to Bahamas under a scheme.

"Then, Mr. Woods's California lawyer, out of the blue, told her that she was not going anywhere, would never see Mr. Woods again, had been locked out of the house, and could not return," the document said.

"She would not even be able to see the children or her pets again,” the document added.

Recently Woods, in a shocking move, parted ways with his long-time caddie Joe LaCava. The two were together for 12 years which saw Woods lift 12 trophies. The decision comes after Tiger, who had announced that he has had another surgery on his right leg, left the Masters without competing for all 72-holes due to wild weather, sending a shock to every golf fan on the planet.

Tiger Woods accused of sexual harassment by ex-girlfriend Erica Herman, details emerge in new lawsuit

Tiger Woods's ex-girlfriend has filed a lawsuit seeking to be released from a nondisclosure agreement she says the golf superstar made her sign at the start of their relationship in 2017, court filings showed Wednesday. Erica Herman, who lived with the 15-time major winner at his Florida mansion until late 2022, filed the request in the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in Martin County, Florida.

According to court records seen by AFP, Herman's attorneys are arguing that the NDA she was required to sign is "invalid and unenforceable" under US federal legislation known as the Speak Out Act. The law, which became effective last year in the wake of the MeToo movement, makes nondisclosure agreements unenforceable in cases involving sexual assault and harassment.

Herman's case filings do not go into further details and there are no specific allegations against Woods. But in response to a question on the court filing which reads "Does this case involve allegations of sexual abuse?" Herman's attorneys have checked the box marked "Yes".

Herman's bid to waive her NDA agreement marks an escalation of a legal dispute with Woods which began last October, but which has gone largely unreported in the US media. In court filings also seen by AFP, Herman's lawyers have sued the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, which is the legal entity that owns Woods's home in Florida. Herman's suit alleges that "agents" for Woods duped her into leaving the mansion last year by telling her to prepare for a vacation.

"By trickery, agents of the defendant (Woods) convinced the plaintiff (Herman) to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence," the court filing said.

Herman's lawyers claim Woods is in violation of an "oral tenancy agreement" allowing her to live in the mansion -- reportedly worth $54 million -- and are suing for damages. The legal dispute threatens to drag Woods' private life into the media spotlight once again, 14 years after the sex scandal which almost destroyed his career and shocked the sporting world.
