<p>Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said Monday he will speak to legendary actor Dilip Kumar and his family to allay their fears over a property issue involving a city-based builder.</p>

<p>Saira Banu, veteran actress and Kumar's wife, had Sunday <a href="http://www.wionews.com/entertainment/saira-banu-requests-meeting-with-pm-after-the-release-of-builder-who-cheated-her-and-dilip-kumar-184738">sought a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi</a>, who will in Mumbai Tuesday, to discuss the issue following the release of the builder, Samir Bhojwani, from jail.</p>

<p>Bhojwani had falsely claimed ownership of the two plots on which Kumar's bungalow has been built. The 96-year- old actor's bungalow is located in the upscale Pali Hill area of suburban Bandra.</p>

<p>Banu's request for a meeting with PM was shared on Kumar's official Twitter account.</p>

<p>Asked about the apprehension expressed by the star couple following the release of Bhojwani, Fadnavis told PTI, "I will speak to them and try to sort out the issue."</p>

<p>Kumar's wife Saira Banu who is 22 years younger to the actor, has been like a rock in supporting the icon, who has been in frail health over the past few years. She will host a dinner with around a dozen people at their residence. "He is recuperating in such a way that he does not need any hospitalisation now. He is at home and has a restricted diet, which is taken care of by Saira Banuji," added Farooqui.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dilip Kumar`s condition has been a concern for his fans. In September and October, he was admitted to a hospital for recurrent pneumonia. But he is now at home and recovering.</p>

<p>"He has not fully recovered but he is making great progress. Saab is resting at home, having his meals, interacting, but obviously one of the things that the doctor has advised us to be cautious about is the infections. So, we curb the access of a lot of people to meet him."</p>

<p>From the film fraternity, Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan have visited Dilip Kumar in the recent past, but the fear of catching an infection through outsiders keeps the family away from letting people come too often.</p>

<p>"Sairaji keeps getting these messages praying for his speedy recovery. A lot of stars and ordinary people too express their desire to meet him. Physically, it gets difficult to allow a lot of people to get to meet him."</p>

<p>Two RSS activists were arrested in connection with the alleged attack on a photojournalist of a Malayalam daily at the press club here, police said today.</p>

<p>The two--Dilip Kumar (31) and Shibu (30)--are RSS workers and were arrested last night, police said.</p>

<p>Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said the government viewed the incident "seriously."</p>

<p>Police have been directed to initiate stringent action against the accused, Vijayan said in a Facebook Post.</p>

<p>The incident occurred when some RSS workers stormed the press club here and allegedly attacked the photographer, Faud Sanea, for having taken a video of their alleged manhandling of a two-wheeler rider during a protest march near here.</p>

<p>"Two persons have been arrested already. Strong action will be taken against the attack on the freedom of the press," Vijayan said.</p>

<p>The two activists have been remanded to judicial custody for 14 days, police said.</p>

<p>A case had been registered against 10 RSS activists under various IPC sections including those related to unlawful assembly and rioting besides the Kerala Public Way Restriction of Assemblies and Procession Act.</p>

<p>The case was registered on a complaint by the photojournalist, who suffered injuries on his legs and had been hospitalised.</p>

<p>Police said trouble broke out when around 150 RSS workers took out the procession protesting the attack on an RSS office in the district a few days ago.</p>

<p>The protesters blocked the road causing traffic snarls.</p>

<p>The two-wheeler rider, on seeing the march, tried to leave the spot but the RSS workers intercepted him and took possession of the vehicle's key, they said.</p>

<p>On seeing Sanea taking some video shots on his mobile phone at that time, a section of the RSS workers barged into the club and allegedly assaulted him and snatched his phone.</p>

<p>Protesting against the RSS action, media personnel in Thiruvanathapuram had taken out a march to the Secretariat last night.</p>
