So in regards to that, it’s obviously changed my ability to start making and doing and developing things, which I’m thrilled about. <p>In a new DVD commentary from Season 7 (spotted by Winter is Coming) focuses in on a discussion between&nbsp;the producers about the very specific design requirements for the map room given by showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss. It was pre-decided that the map room had to be roofless and visible to the sky -- setting up a plot point for the upcoming final season.&nbsp;</p>
