<p>A complaint was filed with the NHRC by a local resident, Deepak Tiwari, who alleged that the accused, identified as Narendra Vikramaditya Yadav, impersonated a renowned UK cardiologist, Professor John Camm. Yadav claimed to have foreign qualifications and had been treating patients in the hospital&rsquo;s cardiology department for the past one-and-a-half months.</p>

<p>The complaint said that several patients have died at the hospital between January and February after receiving incorrect treatment provided by an unqualified and unauthorised doctor in the cardiology department of Damoh's Mission Hospital. It added that the hospital, which is part of the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Yojana, misused the government funds.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A young cardiologist from the Indian state of Gujarat, who had successfully performed 16,000 heart surgeries, tragically passed away on Tuesday morning due to a heart attack,&nbsp;according to media reports citing police officials.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The cardiologist, Dr. Gaurav Gandhi, hailed from Jamnagar City. He had a regular daily routine before the unfortunate incident that left his family devastated.</p>

<p>Dr. Gandhi had an esteemed medical career and was well-known in the city for his dedicated service. On Monday, like any other day, he attended to a few patients at the hospital and then returned to his residence on Palace Road.</p>

<p>In the hours leading up to his death, nothing unusual was observed by Dr. Gandhi's family, and everything seemed normal.</p>

<p>He had dinner and went to sleep as usual, but tragically, he never woke up again. According to the police quoting his family members, the young cardiologist did not complain of any discomfort before his passing.</p>

<p>Normally, Dr Gandhi would wake up a little before 6 am, but Tuesday was different, as he didn't get out of bed at the usual time.</p>

<p>Sadly, upon arrival at the hospital, the cardiologist was declared dead.</p>

<p>Writing for Daily Mail, Dr Deepak Bhatt, a cardiologist at New York's Mount Sinai hospital, says that the signs are generally subtle. He asserts that common problems like anxiety, fatigue and limb pain could actually be a sign of something much more serious.</p>

<p>A 2015 study by Harvard University researchers found that anxiety increases the risk of coronary artery disease (CAD) turning fatal by 21 per cent.</p>

<p>Think profuse, excess sweating. This can be due to your heart working overtime to pump blood through blocked passageways.&nbsp;The cardiologist warns that sudden profuse sweating, "especially when a person is not taking part in any physical activity, could be one of the first signs of a heart attack."</p>

<h2><strong>Leg pain</strong></h2>

<p>Many of us might consider this a side-effect of getting older, but even this could be an unexpected signal for heart disease.</p>

<p>Tingling and pain in the legs are actually major symptoms. It happens due to Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). As per Daily Mail, this condition happens when "arteries in the legs become narrow and blocked by the build-up of plaque".</p>

<p>Getting tired at the end of the day is normal, but chronic fatigue isn't.</p>

<p>"Fatigue is a tough one," says Bhatt, "it's a very non-specific symptom. Most fatigue is not due to heart disease, maybe just a bad night's sleep."</p>

<p>However, if you are suffering from chronic, constant fatigue, it might be time to see a doctor.</p>
